It was a short trip (one night only) but enjoyable. Comfortable room, excellent Breakfast (amazing Breakfast staff! Congratulations) and smooth dealing with Reservations (once again, congratulations! Our big thank you to Tanja). Just for the future, would be great to have staff at Reception that is more emphatic with Family Needs when you travel with small children.

The hotel is not worth of it's price. Very noisy, was hard to relax during the day time, stuff is very unfriendly, there is no fridge in the room, so our food got spoiled, the breakfast is expensive and basic. Too expensive for what they offer.

Dear LubaL, I am very sorry that our services did not met your expectations. I would kindly invite you to contact the front office team in a comparable case as you had with the fridge - of course we could have offered you a possibility to keep your food fresh. I really hope that you accept my apologies for any... More

Excellent room with a large Porsche print in the room, ideal as we were there to visit the Porsche museum. Friendly staff, good location and bar. Didn't eat in the restaurant as there was only a buffet available.

Dear DavehY6585YW, thank you so much for staying with us in Stuttgart. I am sorry that the buffet offer did not suit you - we had large groups with reservations so that we offered only the buffet during the last weekend - normally we offer a a la carte service with regional food and burgers. We hope to welcome you... More

Great hotel for a short city break and also a longer stay. Not located directly in the city centre, but walking distance and close to shopping centre and tube station. Quite good Vale for money, paid 117 euros for 1 night stay with breakfast. Very friendly and helpful reception desk, and underground parking which you have to pay for on... More

The lobby of the hotel is clean and modern. Same can be said for the rooms. Their are a number of pictures of the Porsche and Mercedes museums in the hotel which is nice when on a trip with friends to visit those museums like it was the case for us. There are major renovation works in between the hotel... More

I booked this hotel after arriving in Stuttgart and finding that the hotel that had been booked was not up to scratch. I expect Mercure hotels to be friendly.helpful and clean med level hotels and this one met or succeeded on all those front. The staff at Reception was extremely helpful, the bed really comfortable. As with most Mercure hotels,... More

We went for a week end by train to visit the Porsche museum so we wanted a Hotel that was close to the train station and close to the City center. This Hotel was closer to the train station then the city center, it is located in a business area and about a 5-10 minute walk to the city center.... More

The well-known standard of Mercure, but I've experienced better honestly. Or the standard is going toward Ibis, that's also possible. Prices however, still remain Mercure level... Clean hotel, everything was there. Location in modern new part of Stuttgart. Good underground parking garage (14 eur). Friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast (19 eur) is too expensive. Especially when travelling with children who... More

Just returned from the Hotel with 21 blokes for a stag do. The staff where very good even though we were sometimes very noisy and a little drunk at times. The rooms always clean and nice. The breakfast was superb. Thank you for making this a great break I will definitely return soon.
