I spent one night in this hotel only because it is near to SAP Arena, where was world boxing match. At first I had some trouble to find parking entrance. After second try I found out parking lot was free of charge but almost full. After fast check-in i found out wi-fi was not working and after front desk call...

I stayed here on business recently and didn't particularly enjoy the experiance as follows; First they couldn't find my reservation, which they eventually did. On checking in my credit card was subject to a security check by the issuer, simple to deal with all the recptionist had to do was phone the number printed on the receipt as it asked...

Dear guest, thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay in Mannheim. Unfortunately you experienced some inconveniences. We double checked with our employees the handling of credit cards to make sure, that all procedures are clearly understood. Also the heating device has been checked and readjusted. Our hot water supply had a malfunction, which we fixed in the meantime....

Stayed here for business so to be fair, all I wanted was a functional, workaday hotel which is, by and large, what I got. Location is a somewhat out of town although handy for the Luisenpark. Tram stops nearby or 20 minute brisk walk into centre. Rooms OK, breakfast OK, nothing particularly memorable but there is something objectionable: wifi charges....

Dear Mr. Herring, thank you very much for taking the time to publish your experiences during your stay. Starting on January this year we are offering all of our hotel guests standard wifi free of charge. For the demand of a very fast connection there is the option to book a high speed access, which allows a comfortable up- and...

I use this hotel frequently when I'm in Mannheim for business and when the Dorint is fully booked (which happens from time to time). It's close to some big companies, but the city center is 20/25mins walk. Never used the pool, but is of decent size. Rooms are OK, clean. Breakfast buffet is OK, sitting area is overly large compared...

For one night this hotel was ok. It is basic but there's everything you need. The check in was not very friendly so we didn't feel welcome. Lunch and breakfast were ok. At the end i didn't find it word the price (250 euros for 1night with breakfast, lunch, parking and internet is pretty high for this hotel category). Parking...

Conveniently located by the side of Luisenpark, Planetarium, and Technoseum. Surroundings look a little gloomy in the end of autumn, but when the first snow falls it becomes much better. Standard size rooms, I thought the price charged was a little too high though. Bathroom amenities are different depending if the room was booked on a man's or woman's name....

We stayed there for three nights and paid 84€ each without breakfast. Breakfast would have been at least 17€ for each of us. The entrance is not visible as not indicated and covered by trees, we sometimes drove past and had to drive around to get back. As we got into the room, which was on the groundfloor, it was...

Grim. There have been some investments made, but not enough to make a difference- it still looks like a Mercure. The room was smelly-probably the old carpets- and the toilet was caked with limescale under the seat. There was also a strange noise every few minutes, and I was told that this is in the air conditioning and that all...
