Good: -Location -Easy to park in the area -Coffee/tea set and water kettle Bad: -No free WiFi -Price for breakfast, 17€ for a 3* hotel is excessive! -Have to call reception each time you want to change the temperature in the room. Unable to do it yourself in the room. Astonishing... -Mold in some areas around the bathtub -Looks quite... More

Overall, the place isn't bad, however a heavy Soviet spirit as well as ridiculously expensive internet drop a dead weight stone on this hotel. Therefore, do not come to this hotel with high expectations. The breakfast is average.

This is a very nice hotel, with a comfortable lobby and bar/lounge downstairs. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We were on an upper floor with a good view. There are many restaurants across the street. The room was clean and bright. It is near to the communications tower and a bit of a walk (there are buses) to the... More

I only stay here for work purposes and would advise the same to others. The wifi is super strange, you get a wifi code and it's only good for 30 minutes, then you need a new one! Half the hotel has been renovated, and I asked for a newer room only to be put in an old one. Went back... More

It will take you 20 mins walking to get to the hotel. The location itself is good - calm neighborhood close to the centre. The rooms are small, but have everything in them. However the Internet option they have is weird: you either pay 13 euros per 24 hours or take papers with logins and passwords for every 30 mins.... More

This hotel is an acceptable compromise for quality and price. Breakfast is good. Very bad the WiFi, is free only for 30 minutes, unacceptable. Restaurant not tested. Room cleaning only average. Location very good for city center tour.

Apart from the fact that we were made to feel welcome with our truly very big dog: we had a clean, quiet room with everything one needs. Close to the downtown area if you don't mind walking a bit (10-15 minutes depending on your pace). Free street parking close to the hotel. We did not try the restaurant; the breakfast... More

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the Wasserturm and a few restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, everything very clean. Wi-Fi free unfortunately only for 30 minutes. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of fresh products, including oranges and a fruit squeezer. Good choice for visiting Mannheim.

Efficient; friendly service; comfortable room with air con; wifi. No hotel parking, which is a problem on surrounding residential streets, particularly if you arrive back late at night. Can't comment on breakfast as didn't have any.

I got booked here by my corporate booking agent but I really really dislike the hotel. It's really, full of carpets and the rooms are supertiny if you're anything above 1.80. The one-person bed had wooden endings on all 4 sides of the bed, so it was impossible to fit in with my 1.98m, so I slept on the floor.... More
