Stayed at the Holiday Inn and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The mattress had a PVC cover which made the bed exceptionally hot during the night - the nice thing was that there was a mini bar which we could help ourselves to! I gave some postcards and asked one of the staff if they could post them...

Stayed one night and got no sleep. The room was overheated and the aircon adjustment was not working. The room was also under a swimming pool and the noise of the pump was annoying to say the least. Complained to staff about overheated room first and was told the maintenance man was fully booked and they could not fix it...

This is the first time in a very long time that I really didn't feel they welcomed me as a platinum member. i didn't get an upgrade (they were so called full) - usually most ichotesl then give you some other benefits such as some free drinks (like last time in the holiday inn south in munich, were the minibar...

Stayed in room 303, interesting triangle style windows, view was of the fabulous 6 story sports store next door. Room was the standard size twin room, just used one of the beds but had to use both donas as they are fairly small in size. Decent size bathroom, the products were in the dispensers so you can’t swipe them. Good...

I used Mannheim and the Holiday Inn as a base for finding and visiting the village near Worms from which my family emigrated around 1850. The hotel staff arranged the taxi trip for me and also provided an interesting map and walking tour of Mannheim. The hotel is heavily used by businessmen from all over the world, including many North...

Have been before. Location great, restaurant staff also. Our room far far away from the elevator; booked king size bed not there, just queen size; room dark, elevators to reception and especially to the street level old, very uncomfortable and in our opinion not safe or trusty. Do not plan to stay there again.

I stayed here one night with my family of two adults and two teens (ages 16 and 13), before renting a car to drive to Rothenburg. Although I only stayed here for one night, here are the notes I took: ++friendly staff; about 1 block from a wonderful pedestrian walking/shopping area; good clean rooms; incredible breakfast buffet Hotel is highly...

I travel to Mannheim for business twice a year. I had never stayed here before and upon recommendation by colleagues, I decided to book a week stay here. I was delighted. First off, unlike most European Hotels, an ironing room is available on the 2nd FL. Second, a complimentary pass to the nearby Fitness First is available for those who...

We liked this hotel, nothing outstanding to look at from the outside but the rooms were very nicely appointed and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent!

I stayed at this hotel for four nights on business and overall it was fine. The staff were quite friendly and the rooms were OK. Not too large but large enough. The A/C wasnt working because it was November but I still needed to cool the room and had to open the window which looked out on a main street....
