For example, in the in-house conservatory and the adjacent, beautifully designed green areas, which are often used in summer or for events. ROOM Generously cut and flooded with light thanks to large window fronts: The 71 single and double rooms with daylight-bright bathrooms invite you to relax and unwind. But even undisturbed work is easily possible in the timelessly beautiful hotel rooms designed with distinctive colors. This is ensured by the modern Smart TV as well as high-performance W-LAN, which is available free of charge not only in the rooms, but throughout the entire house. GASTRONOMY The breakfast buffet in the Arthotel ANA Edenis legendary: In addition to hot and cold dishes in rich selection, fruit, juices and a rich offer of cereals and fresh baked goods nothing to be desired! Of course, lactose and gluten-free food and drinks are abundant. The coffee specialties come from the traditional Munich house Dallmayr and are available to the guests also outside of the breakfast times at any time free of charge. I checked in an hour ago and nobody is on reception or contactable by phone at all. Reception is only staffed at limited hours and all you have is an email address. You enter a code from an email, in to a key box, to get your room key. Booked a superior double room and have got a prison like single room. Mouldy, filthy and grubby bathroom. Curtains that don’t cover the whole window. Not what I booked at all. Avoid this place at all costs.

Not safe. We had people banging on our room trying to enter at 2am in the morning. Staff did not answer calls to reception. In the morning the response was that their phone number was at the entrance and in the elevator. Very helpful lol. They also said we should have left the room to find help which is an even better Idea when people are trying to get into your room at 2am . Genius! Apart from that the walls are like cardboard and there was a ghetto "party" next door with a few people playing "music" until 5am. Just go somewhere else unless you're interested in sleeping in an apocalypse.

Outside the temperature was nice and fresh but in the hotel it was warm, very warm. We didn't have a/c in the room so opened the window but still it was too warm to sleep. We really thought the heating was maybe broken or at least something was not right. We reported it at the reception but the girl acted like we were crazy. And that's why I'm taking the time to write a review because I can forgive everything but not when a receptionist acts like that. For the rest, the room was tiny, the breakfast nothing special. The thing I liked! Was the good organisation with the key the night we arrived, it was in a little lock with a note on it.

Bathroom: black mildew in the shower, brownish plaque in the toilet bowl. Windows: dirty from the outside, BUT also sticky yucky from the inside. I reported this on their "Betterspace" chat system first night - than again 2nd night - no reaction yet. Now in the third night my bedsheet has neither been changed or at least been tucked in, since I arrived. On top of this mess my comforter has been placed nicely folded... Dont pay for breakfast. At 9:00 the buffet had mainly cold scrambled eggs, lukewarm cheese and cold cuts platters, and some age-old fruit salad and cereal bowls. No whole grain breads. I opted out for the rest of my stay. The smell from the fridge. The impossibility to get a normal straight-backed chair. Typing this sitting on a small padded lounge cube in front of a normal size desk.…

I paid 160 euros for a room of less than 10 m2 on the top floor. It was at least 45 degrees in that room. There is no AC or even a fridge that could have made things at least a little better and of course they still charged me 5.50 euros for a small bottle of water. In addition, someone forgot to trow away the trash and to remove the used linen & towels from the previous guests and they were on a little pile in the room, which is ridiculous. There was no staff member that I interacted with that was even remotely friendly or helpful. And yes, it does not look like in the pictures. I would give it a minus 5 stars, if it was an option.

The hotel is located within 10 minutes of the Central Station, close to the Zoo and Botanical Gardens and also close to City Centre. It is manned 24 hours and the service and quality is very good. I would stay there again!!

HOTEL: Located between the train/bus station and the city center. All in walking distance. In the street with very low traffic. There is no construction works as in other streets in the city because of the great urban traffic project. ROOM: Small single room under the roof. The window was normal. On the 4th floor with the street view. At night it was quiet. Everything seems new and clean, and functional. No additional comfort like fridge or coffee/tea maker. In warm weather it could be too hot because the window view is on the west and there is no AC. Two main minus:no big mirror and only two hanger for clothes. This could be easily corrected. WIFI: Electric sockets by the bed and by the desk. CLEANESS: Very good. BREAKFAST: The worst part of the hotel service. Buffet frequently empty. Used tables slowly cleared away. Dishes are often lacking. VALUE FOR MONEY: Only room is good, but the breakfast is bad. Because of that I would rate the whole stay 3,5.…

I booked that hotel via booking.com, and it was disgusting different then on the pictures, they lie about stars, in reality it’s 3 star, but somehow hotel added extra star in description about themselves on booking.com. So that’s a trap, kind of tricky to attract customers by representing wrong information. In reality I was shocked , there was kind of lenoleum floor , instead of carpet, mini bathroom, with shower cabin, instead of bath tube and shower cabin ,this bathroom was too tiny, so you are lucky if you can pack yourself in it. Disappointed, tried to get money back, because it was absolutely not ,what we booked, receptionist was very indifferent to guests of hotel, it took almost 3 hours to get our payment back. Yes they offered us different rooms, showed one room in hour, worse and worse, kind of torture! We tired guests , had to be treated without any respect from the stuff of hotel, never saw So much poor customer “disoriented” service ! Never!! It’s the place I honestly recommend to avoid!!!! They offer bad service without any respect. Almost spoiled our vacation...…

About 10mins walk from main train station. Not too far away from the centre. Fairly large rooms which were clean. Breakfast not too bad, could have been hotter. Reasonable price for the stay. Ask for a garden view room as the front can be noisy with revellers returning at night

This hotel is located just outside the centre of Karlsruhe on a quiet side street, their are a few shops, places to eat and a supermarket within walking distance. The hotel is clean modern and the staff very welcoming. Breakfast is good and served near to the reception area. Rooms are clean, possibly a little basic but adequate.
