Nice hostel with clean room and toilet. We were 5 and went there for one night on April, 2016. We expected something more on the breakfast buffet, other than that everything was fine. We were almost satisfied with the service, couldn't expect more from a hostel.

My boyfriend and I had a private room. It was very spacious and even included a couch. The hostel has many amenities, including a sizable kitchen and a nice lounge area. The bathrooms are community style, with stalls for showers and were fairly clean. They have two floors, with the men's bathroom on the first floor and the women's on... More

I stayed at Steffi's for three nights at the end of a solo Europe trip. I was disappointed to find that this hostel was much different than all the others I had stayed at, meaning that there were no other travelers like myself, at least not that I found. I never stayed at party hostels, but there were still always... More

I stayed 2 nights at Steffi's. The hostel is clean, the staff is nice, the ambient is friendly. It's a bit far from the center however you can walk it as Heidelberg is small and you'll find very nice places for a coffee or brunch on the way! There's a big kitchen and a fairly big shower section and even... More

I stayed at Steffi's Hostel in Heidelberg and it was the best experience as I was staying in a hostel for the very first time It's absolutely clean, has locker facility, baggage storage facility, good shower rooms, free WiFi and a common kitchen The staff is very helpful and guide you well about the different attractions in Heidelberg. The only... More

It's next to the train station. So if you have to catch a bus or train the next morning a great place to stay. The old town is quite a walk. It's about 2.5km to get there. The dorm was spacious and clean. A bed in the 10 bed dorm costed 18€.

I stayed at Soffie's for 3 nights. Its location is strategic, just 2 minutes form the central railway station. The environment is typical of a backpackers hostel: simple, practical, friendly and cosy. There is everything you need, rooms and bathrooms are clean and also te chicken is well organized. There is the opportunity to have breakfast for an extra 3... More

Our group - few teachers and several students stayed there for one night during a conference in Hidelberg EMBL center. Rooms were nice and looked clean. The hostel was quiet and peaceful during the night. And the breakfast was good and there was enough food to eat. Would definitely stay there again.

It's a good hostel, with clean rooms and good service. The main drawback is the location, it is located next to the bus and train station, but a half an hour walk away from the main tourist area. Hence to travel to the castle and the central eating joints, we had to take the tram. My suggestion would be to... More

This WASN'T a squalid, dangerous horror movie-type hostel, but it certainly put me a little ill at ease. The hostel is located on a third floor of a big apartment building, in the middle of a fenced off parking lot. Elevator was either not working, or too fiendishly complicated for me to figure out. The facilities were better once you... More
