THIS HOTEL IS REALLY BAD! The hotel was begin the tran station in a really dark zone. But that is no the worst thing... in the reception, the boos was a REALLY BAD MOOD woman wideout any skill of name Dankiart. She can give to you the best bad experience in a hotel. She don't know how use a posnet... More

For what you pay, it is a decent, basic budget hotel : nice sized, clean rooms with clean sheets and towels. The location is near the train station and is about a 40min walk to the city centre and the castle. There is parking at the hotel for a minimal fee. The service was friendly and helpful. The main tip... More

I stayed here for one night. I had a single room on the top floor/attic which was cosy and very clean. The shower was broken and wouldn't hang up so I had to hold it which was a little annoying. Staff were friendly. My main problem is that I do find 49 euro for a single room a lot, especially... More

The hotel locates at a remote area and is hard to find. My room is on 5th floor, and it's ridiculous that there's no lift direct to there. Strange sounds at night, and someone kept knocking my door for hours. Perhaps he was from outside I was not sure. Worth still, when I complained to the young lady next morning,... More

If you are on a budget and don't mind a walk into the centre of town or river then this is the place for you. Room was clean, basic with a very comfortable bed and as we opted for the breakfast option@ €7.00 which was well worth it with as much food and drink as you wanted, the only down... More

Not much to say about this place. It's recommended to have a car because it's not near the center BUT, it's a great hotel. Modern, clean rooms, fast wi-fi, parking. Lady at the reception helped us with finding a place for dinner and was very friendly! Wouldn't look for another hotel. It's a lovely small roadside hotel. Reminds me a... More

We were in Heidelberg for the day and decided to find a hotel for the night. We looked this one up online and made a reservation. It is very reasonably priced. It is a "no frills" place but the rooms are very clean. It is kind of like a dorm. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful.... More

Very nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast. 2-3 fast-food restaurants in the nearby area. You need to get a tram to access the town center. Wi-fi in the only additional facility to the basic ones, i.e. bed and breakfast ONLY! Kind & helpful staff.

The hotel does not look much on the outside but the rooms, though small, are very clean and neat, linens fresh and crisp, toilette bigger than average European hotels. Our room had a view of the mountains but also faced the street and train tracks so you can hear the cars and trains passing by all day and all night,... More

The room was small but adequate. No frig but otherwise ok. The real drawback of this hotel is the very annoying noise from a construction job next door from 7am to 7pm .Do not stay there until this work is finished. Adequate parking close by so no need to pay for car parking.Breakfast was ok.Easy access into town by tram
