My wife and have visited Baden Baden about once a year for the last 7 years, usually just for a weekend, as was the case here. We've stayed in a few different places, usually in the more moderate price range. We include the Etol in this category. When we arrived it turns out we were only just in time. The...

We visited on our holiday to Baden Baden in December. Let's start with the pros. This hotel has the perfect location in central Baden Baden. You can walk within minutes to everything...the Christmas Market, the spas, the casino, and all the great shopping and dinning. Additionally the room (the suite) was spacious and clean. In terms of the cons...the lady...

Just spent 3 days in Baden-Baden to visit the lovely Christmas market. We stayed at the Hotel Etol which is close to the market and town centre but in a quiet little cul de sac. The hotel is welcoming, cosy and the staff are delightful. They had decorated it beautifully for Christmas. Our room 203 was spacious, warm, spotlessly clean...

We booked this hotel literally last minute, a couple of hours before we arrived and it was super. Parking is limited but luckily we found a space. The only family room available was the suite and we absolute loved it. Perfect for a family of 4, it had a very big bathroom with complimentary toiletries, mini bar with complimentary soft...

Hotel location is very central, parking next to the hotel (reservation required) Room was fantastic and breakfast plentiful. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind Baden Baden is it, and the Hotel Etol compliments this town very well. Nothing is too much for all the staff, the hotel has some great discounts available for the Spa,...

Stayed for 2 nights. The room was large and airy (and very hot the first night we stayed during a heatwave) and looked onto the courtyard so was very quiet at night. The bed was quite firm and this was a problem for me so I slept on the very comfortable sofa bed - and had a great night's sleep!...

I asked for the quiet room on the last floor, I received a very quiet room on the last floor, which was very thoughtfull of the hotel stuff. The room was big and clean. It was a little bit dated, but because everything else was so perfect it didnt bother me so much. Bathroom was very big and clean. Hotel...

I had a room on the first floor. It was quiet, clean and roomy. The breakfast buffet was generous. Not a fancy hotel but honest and well situated on a quiet street. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

The main hotels in Baden Baden were fully booked for the Easter Festival, but we were delighted with the modestly priced Hotel Etol. Yes, as is often the case in Europe there is limited parking, but I would definitely stay here again. Great location, pleasant and quiet rooms and a good German breakfast. The staff were helpful in trying to...

Baden Baden is beautiful. Unfortunately my stay at this hotel was awful. The car park is small and badly designed, I was unable to park my estate car as their was a lack of space. I stayed in room 223, the walls are so thin that I could hear the person in room 222 snoring! To make matters worse the...
