The lodge was basic but that is what you expect on these types of trips. The room was clean apart from a big sticky liquid patch we found throughout one of the drawers so did not use it. The shower was really good. In terms of general cleanliness the lodge was ok but I did find the cups by the...

My partner and I stayed at the Gellinotte this summer along with our children. We had an amazing time doing all the activities as recommended by our ultra helpful rep. The front of house staff were a delight and they made us feel as if nothing was too much trouble. The food was hearty and plentiful, a special thank you...

An activity-filled week in a very beautiful location! This was our first trip with Alpine Elements and we will definitely be using them again. There were plenty of activities for all of my family- the kids club was great and there were opportunities for myself and my husband to join in with their activities. There were plenty of brilliant activities...

As part of a large group had a fantastic holiday. The majority of the staff were super friendly and went the extra mile, only one with no sense of humour whatsoever! Hotel is a couple of minutes walk to the town centre so great location, no traffic noise at all. Chef did a great job preparing fresh food however I...

What a great place for a summer break, the area has lots to offer and while i made my trip fairly action packed with plenty of mountain biking it is equally a beautiful place to relax and unwind. The staff and facilities were first class and it all helped result in a very enjoyable trip, which made a nice change...

We had a great time here. There is so much to do and not enough time.! Val D'isere is stunning in the summer! The hotel is quirky with great balcony views. The location is a short walk to the centre/ gondala etc. The food is home cooked and the afternoon tea and cakes were excellent (well done Luke..) Highlights are...

During our stay at La Gelinotte, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, always making sure the guests were made to feel welcome. Thank you! Most rooms had a small balcony area to overlook the mountains which was lovely. The activities on offer as part of the Alpine Elements package was fantastic and the bike mechanics were really helpful when...
