I have stayed at 6 M.Warner ski host challets/hotels. This I am afraid was not up to the standards you expect for a ski holiday. There were some positives, good location, staff were very good, bathroom modernised, food satisfactory, transfer good. There are however some...More
I have been on 5+ MW holidays.
I recently stayed at the hotel val d'isere and it is just not up to the usual standard of MW holidays.
The chalet staff seemed lazy, unhelpful and disinterested in the guests. We arrived on the bus and...More
Poor facility go to any other Mark Warner - facilities old and dirty management rude

Well, we are all different, so our experiences will not be identical. All I can say is I stayed here for four nights and ate both breakfast and dinner, which I thought were very good. It is not the most luxurious hotel in Val d'Isere, and it is full of families with little children, so maybe that's why germs spread... My room was clean and perfectly acceptable, the bar and reception area was comfortable and - best of all - I had a wonderful swim in the outdoor pool, gazing up at the snow covered mountains.
