Super stylish hotel in an unbeatable location, right opposite two ski lifts. The rooms are small but comfortable and decorated to the highest standard with (fake) bear skins on the walls, comfortable beds and very modern bathrooms. Breakfast is basic but what you would expect for a continental ski breakfast. The various lounge areas are comfortable and, again, decorated very...

Stayed as a family in interconnecting deluxe rooms. Really great rooms; modern, comfortable, clean, lovely little touches for children ( robes, teddy, slippers) unbeatable views. Very cosy and relaxing after a hard day skiing. Evening meal excellent. No restrictions if on half board and interesting French menu perhaps only suitable for more adventurous children though. Service outstanding in evenings. Spa...

We stayed here for a week over Easter in a deluxe junior suite connecting with a deluxe room. Excellent amount of space & storage. Whole decoration of bedrooms, bar, spa etc is exceptional - we loved it. All staff we encountered were extremely good - in particular the ski shop duo (it was great having an on-site ski fitting service),...

A group of + 10 people. Food was good with a few exceptions. We sent back a cold pasta dish and one Angus steak we could have bounced of the floor with no excuses or attention from "Basil" or his staff. Only try to compensate was to offer us a bottle of genepi ?? We were charged for 18 !!...

Had a bottle of champagne in the hotel bar on my birthday. The setting is perfect, the staff are exceptional... Price wise, a bottle of good champagne here is the same price as a lesser quality one in some of the basic restaurants in town... Can't fault it.

We popped into the bar for an impromptu birthday drink at the end of the day. The service was excellent from the very attentive barman. We ordered a bottle of champagne and we never once had to refill our glasses, the barman even produced an improvised birthday "cake". We will definitely return and try out the rest of the facilities...

Located right at the foot of the piste and backing on the the centre of Val D'Isere, it could not be any better - possibly even unique. Easy access to piste and nearby bars & restaurants. Great staff in the Spa - had the best haircut and head massage I've ever had! Service in the hotel ski shop was also...

Le Yule Restaurant - We ate here one night during our half term stay and whilst the food and service were half decent we were seated (as non residents) in an ante room off the main dining area which was otherwise empty and had zero atmosphere(even though main restaurant was half empty as well!). Given we spent around 700Euro for...

The restaurant is perfectly located just by the slope. The food was above average, prices descent but the service was too slow. We almost missed our ski lessons... I had a nice risotto and kids menu was ok at an acceptable price. Price/quality was 3. Did not go back during the week.

Whilst the location is brilliant and the ski hire shop on site was excellent this 5 star hotel is not 5*. Our suite was OK with a balcony overlooking the bottom of the ski slopes but our children's room was tiny and we had to keep some of their clothes in our room. The rooms are far too hot. You...
