A bed and breakfast hotel, built and designed in traditional Alpine style and seems to be a reasonable price. The rooms are small but we had a balcony with a view, which was great for us. The only disappointment was the drinks dispenser machine at breakfast, which produced unpleasant coffee. So a morning visit to any of the cafes near... More

We stay in different 3 star hotels in Val each year and most are adequate. This year we stayed at the Lauzes and really enjoyed the experience. We had a family room although there are only two of us and this was very adequate for a family of four with room to move and someprivacy between kids and adults area.... More

Recently stayed here for 4 nights on a short break skiing. Really impressed with the hotel - it is a good value b&b. Room was spotless, cosy and warm. Breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate. Great location in the centre of the old town. Would definitely return.

In many ways this could be a great little hotel, the price reflects the amenities and the room was warm and comfortable with great access to the slopes. But the owners have a problem, this is a family run place and the owners sit in the lounge area to watch the TV. One couple asked very sweetly, if they could... More

This is a great family-run hotel located right in the beautiful historical village, next to the church. It feels like one of these traditional Swiss ski resorts when the bells wake you up in the morning. Very convenient location, the hotel is two hundred meters away from the ski slopes and return by ski is possible when sufficient snow. The... More

We (family from Sweden) stayed at this very nice hotel one week. The hotel has perfect location, close to the lifts and close to restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and have very comfortable beds with cosy quilts. Very friendly and helpful hosts! This is not a luxury hotel but very charming and perfected located.

Wonderful minor hotel reasonably situated compaired with the city center. High level engagement of the hotel management/staff. Good morning buffet. Cosy front room with fireplace (we did the ignition). The location could have been a bit better, and our room was anything else than "large". This sums up, and makes us give a 4 star recommendation. Vidunderligt mindre hotel med... More

Stayed early March 2015 and enjoyed the warm & friendly bed and breakfast service. The owner is very pleasant and accommodating. The walk to the slopes is less than 100 yards, so location can't be beat to Ski-In/Ski-Out. Property has a ski storage area and separate boot drying rack. Breakfast was a light european continental consisting of croissants, bread, ham,... More

We stayed there during the week of 1-8 Feb 2015 and just returned back from a great holiday in Vald'isere. We had an amazing week in hotel les Lauzes. Great hospitality, comfortable rooms yet very basic breakfast. Philip and his team were very helpfull and showed great hospitality. Hotel is just in the hearth of Val d'isere and it has... More

We stayed at Hotel Les Lauzes as family of 4. Les Lauzes is a small bed & breakfast hotel, managed by the owner Philippe Bonnevie, who is a real local since generations. He is very helpful in everything, makes you feel at home. First; the location of the hotel is perfect. At the center of the village, just 50 meters... More
