This hotel is very basic. The room supposedly slept 4 people but it was a squeeze for 4. The aircon did not work; it was very hot weather in late june so it was oppressively hot in the bedroom. The shower was small, the toilet seat was broken. The bed was ok, but overall this is a very basic budget...

Very good stay. Was in Saint-Etienne for a EURO 2016 match and stayed just outside the city. Rooms were clean and spacious and had AC which was a huge plus. The staff tried to be helpful but it was clear they were overwhelmed. Perhaps due to greater number of occupants. On the day I was checking out there was only...

The location is far from the city center. It's a one-half hour walk to the train station and even farther to the center city. (A bus line runs near the hotel, but it shuts down at 8:00PM. But taxis are inexpensive and plentiful in Saint-Etienne.) The rooms are in very good shape. The beds are large and comfortable. The staff...

Overall fine, no horror stories. Rooms small but pretty clean. Oddly, only one plug socket in a double. Strangest thing was check in. Supposed to be automated through machines, but didn't recognise our code. Owner turned up, was brusque, and claimed our booking had been cancelled due to credit card being rejected. However, this was on a sheet of ten...

We had a good stay here for one night. The hotel was quiet, and the room was clean and nice. The water in the toilet kept flushing for a long time but this was fixed by staff. The wifi was terrible, we couldn't access any web pages. But this is a good hotel for a reasonable price.

This is a no frills great value hotel in Saint Etienne: clean rooms, air conditioning, flawless wifi. As the hotel is not located downtown, consider to take the car to get in the center of Saint Etienne. Be careful also to book in advance as it's very often booked out

This is a nice hotel for a quick stop. The hotel is new and clean, they have 24 hours self check in service (although it wasn't really clear how to open the door), the breakfast was good (for French standards) but there was a lack of croissaints after we were finished. The shower is a bit small.

We needed a bed for the night as we were at a conference in Lyon and could not find accomadation in Lyon. The rooms and hotel was spotless. The beds comfortable and just loved the quilt, something that so many hotels in France do not have, I hate blankets. In all this hotel offers great value for money and the...

Spartan but clean, thin hard bed, one pillow each, skimpy pretty much on everything. It is not manned 24 hours, you can get in using a kiosk if you remember your confirmation no. and use the card you booked with. Secure parking, remember your room code as you will need it to unlock the gate if you need to get...
