Good: Easy to find, nice apartment but very minimalist. Plenty of free parking on the streets around the apartment. Bed was comfortable. Bad: We were in ‘A’ Block – with dated kitchen & old-fashioned stove elements. No bedside tables, only two power outlets. ‘A’ Block faces the railway line and is very noisy, trains running all night (we had asked...

Charged for a large family room. Got a small bedsit with not enough beds or bedding. Room was boiling hot and the portable AC unit had to be propped up on chairs to reach the outside side vent. Night staff very unhelpful. Spare yourself and your wallet and go somewhere else

We chose this place because the rates were fair and it is very well located from the train station (Gare Part-Dieu+Airport Express+Subway+Tramway). Location is quite convenient for transportation but that's about it. Very boring area. Rooms are clean but very basic. No shower curtain. Continental breakfast is OK (about 9 Euros) - very spacious breakfast room. Definitely not a place...

We had problems from the very beginning: as soon as we entered the place (late evening), we discovered they had just repainted all the corridors and rooms. Despite the windows left open for the whole night, we had to sleep with a unhealthy smell of paint for the whole stay. On the first day we also discovered that the fridge...

I moved in France for work and my company booked an apartment in this residence. When I arrived, there balcony was destroyed and anybody could get in from outside, the electric plant was not safe, there were no hangers, no sieve for dresses in the wardrobe, ridiculously small coming place (I don't want to call it kitchen: in one month...

Unwelcoming, unhelpful staff. No daily maid service, no loan umbrellas in pouring rain. Did not respond to request to fix breaking shower tap. No tea bags, coffee, water milk etc. No hairdryer. Overall cheap, extremely basic and disappointing accommodation.

I had a nice, clean, small room with a small kitchenette. The bathroom was clean. Room was spacious with heating facility and tv with satellite channels. At night, it was a bit too quiet to go out for dinner. The staffs were kind but they charged you 2.50 euros to keep your luggage when your room is not ready. Plus,...

Stayed there for a week and got a good experience in general. The receptionist was kind and polite. He explained how the system worked and gave me the wifi password. After a certain time, the reception is closed and a key to the front door is provided. So, it is like you are living in a building, which is ok...

We had a nice, clean, small room with a small kitchenette. The bathroom was clean, tidy and spacious and we were given soap, shampoo and towels. It was great value for money and the reception staff were friendly.

It is supposed to be close to the station (10 min walk - although bus line 13 takes you there - stop in front of the hotel). There are two types of flats: refurbished and old ones. I got upgraded, so I don't know about the old ones. The new ones are noisy. The bed is next to the room's...
