We booked a double room for the end of December with a reasonable price. The staff were cheerful and helpful. I like the atmosphere of the hotel that full of joy with different kind of candies, chocolates to welcome you and the YG"happy hour" with free wine and snacks. Their breakfast is also a big plus. The room is simple...

I don't usually review hotels unless they are very good or very bad. Silky was somewhere in the middle with a clear desire to please but falling short in many ways. Major issue: rooms overheated and even with all the heat off, too warm and stuffy for comfortable sleep. Beyond that, many small annoyances: plastic cups in the bathroom (which...

The location of the hotel is great between the two rivers just in the city center. Great staff - very helpful. I didn't liked the room - it was on the 6th floor. Elevator goes to 5th floor and then you need to take the stairs. As it was the highest floor it had the shape of the roof so...

Stayed 3 comfortable nights. Great location. Close to restaurant district and the bridges of River Soane. King size bed is comfortable, pillows are too soft. Lovely size bathroom. Bedroom is typically small in France. Continental Breakfast suited us. Free Nespresso coffee and mobile charging station in Reception were a nice touch, even though there is also a coffee machine in...

Very well located hotel, they have happy hour starting 5 pm with free wine and cheese, plus they offer free bottles of water. The room is a bit weird as the toilet has a window on the street so your silhouette is visible through the glass. One of the beds had nylon sheets. The receptionist is trying her best to...

Dear Rana, Thank you for your comment and rating. You're right :maybe on that day the hotel was fully booked especially there was Pollutec conference in the city. It was impossible for us to order taxis for all the guests, a,d we spent a lot of time for that. Best regards Julien Manager

I stayed at this hotel in September this year and was very happy with it. The location was excellent (although slightly tricky to find as there was no clear signage on the front of it). The staff were all very friendly and helpful and gave me and excellent tip for a local restaurant, and the hotel has all sorts of...
