No Wifi-connection, except in the breakfast-space. Breakfast was poor, although they make you eggs if you ask for it. The room was adequate, but not very spacy and rather dark. Not every light worked, cables were everywhere and the fridge was not cold yet... No airco either, but there were ventilators. The room seemed as if they had let a... More

We would stay in this hotel again simply because of the excellent location. The room itself was adequate with few complaints - we got what we paid for, so we were satisfied. The staff were polite and helpful. There is no air-conditioning, and we couldn't keep the window open at night because of smoking in the courtyard below our window,... More

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. My room was tiny with a window opening to inside of the hotel, so I had to keep shades down the whole time. The TV did not work properly, free WiFi was very poor and not working half of the time. No elevator, so I had to carry my bag... More

There are some pluses to this hotel. The hotel room and linens were clean. The location where is very central to town is great. And the room is very affordable if you aren't looking to break the bank on a room. However there are also some downsides you should be aware of. There is no elevator so be able to... More

Hello, Thank you for your comment, Sorry that you have had regrettable details that could be changed, we regret the elevator (19th century building and we can not do anything). Heavy luggage or not we can support them and put them in (the) room (s). About the noise all the rooms are not seeming, it was enough to ask for... More

We stayed only one night with some friends in this hotel, but what a stay! The 2 gentleman at reception were so kind and nice! They made us feel so comfortable, and welcomed us as if we were kings in a castle. A little hotel that is definitely worth discovering! Rooms are a little bit small, but spotless, very clean.... Great location, very central. Room was small but modern & stylish. Could perhaps do with a new paint job. Biggest drawback was that it could be a bit noisy at night with street noise & hotel noise (reception, other guests etc.). No lift so be prepared to climb stairs - not a problem for us though. Would stay again just... More

This hotel has a great location but my room felt old and worn despite the modern interior. There is no elevator and the reception is on the second floor. It may be worth to know it if you travel with bulky baggage.

Let me start by stating that I only ever stay in 4* or 5* hotels, however based on the reviews and to try something different I thought I would give this hotel a go. I stayed for a long weekend (4 nights in total) this weekend (July) and was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is right by Terreaux square which... More

Would happily stay here again and recommend to family/friends. Hotel staff very friendly, rooms clean and tidy. Great location - very busy and happening area but we didn't have any trouble with noise on the 3rd floor (double windows kept things quiet). Hotel has it's charms, particularly liked the automatic closing bathroom and toilet door we had in our room... More

Just stayed here for three nights at the end of March. My only complaint would be the shower we had: there was nothing really wrong with it. I mean, it worked, it was clean, it just simply didn't have much depth: I'm tall and lanky, and there just wasn't much room for me between the water faucet and the door.... More
