Internet needs improving as you need to always log back in but amazing facilities and friendly staff! Food was great although sometimes service was slow. Clean and big pools and great kids club. Would definitely stay there again when in Lyon.

Breckfast could be improved. Hot food was cold on each of the mornings. Spa was magnificant. Staff very friendly. Enjoyed my stay and would deffinately return. If breckfast was improved and moved to main dining room....it would be a five star hotel in my view. Breckfast area cheapens the hotel in my view.

good location for workshops and smaller conferences - nice workout facilities for leisure time as well. The rooms were ok, but a bit old fashioned. I had a studio style, my colleagues an apartment style. Studio was still spacy enough. Water pressure in shower was too low in the mornings. Pillows were too synthetic and not really soft or comfortable.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Both rooms whether they were facing the river or the pool had a great view. The lobby was great and the restaurant in the lobby was also nice. Overall a great hotel.

I stayed two nights in Hotel Lyon Metropole. I like the hotel because of the room, spa and fantastic spa facility. I think the spa is the biggest in size and best quality in town. I will come back again nnext time.

Overall the hotel is okay but I was very disappointed that to access the gym meant that I was asked to pay €45 as I was told I had to pay for a SPA day. I did ask if I could pay a nominal fee, say €10 but was told no.

Great location in an elegant hotel. I loved the decor, not new ,but cozy with a lovely red velvet sofa. We had a circular balcony with a great view of the city square. we were antique shopping and it was convenient for our shopping. We would return.
