My first impression with the hotel and its staff was - they are extremely nice and friendly, The hotel is located next to victor hugo tram station. The area has a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. The breakfast buffet had good foods and drinks to choose from.

It's an IBIS so you know what you are getting. Location is ideal. Centre and old town, 100meters is the tram stop from the main rail/bus Station. For those who want it a McDonalds in next door but the other way are 4 restaurants from Turkish, Italian to French that should satisfy most requirements. There is free wi fi and...

Staff was friendly and spoke English well. Rooms were clean and efficient. Not much space but the bed was good sized for two (one tall). The best aspect is how close it is to Centre Ville restaurants and excellent shopping. Parking was a challenge but it wasn't a problem once you figure out the entrance to the garage is on...

Centrally located with all the usual Ibis features. Rooms a bit on the small size, but if you're not spending much time in there have all that you need and are impressively clean. Air conditioning was struggling to cope with the temperature. Breakfast is optional and a bit over-priced compared to other Ibis hotels that I've stayed in. Secure parking...

The hotel used to be very good but the service during the day is getting very bad. The night time service is good the lad is very helpful. The breakfast is not cheap and everyday is the same. Such a shame as the hotel is good apart from the food. If you want a good location then this is good...

Great location, right in the heart of the city and with the Tram service almost right outside the door. The Hotel itself is in need of a refurbishment, but as ever with IBIS the service is very good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and linen are clean and the beds comfortable, so two good night's sleep were...

Very pleased with the hotel. Fantastic location in the center of the town. Available secure underground parking available. Although 14 euros for one night for one motorcycle was a bit steep. And three motorcycles took only one car space. That needs reviewing. Basic but functional room.

Stayed here for one night en route to The Alps for skiing. We had a standard double which was a bit on the small side but absolutely fine for just a single night stay. Room was a 'basic' standard but was perfectly clean and the shower was actually surprisingly powerful. Reception staff were lovely and helpful, considering our poor grasp...

The room was too cold to work in (it was okay for sleeping) and the bathroom not as clean as I would have hoped for. The personnel was very friendly, but my impression is that this hotel is not comparable to other Ibis hôtels.in the same price range.
