The pictures on the hotel website are deceiving. The hotel is old, the rooms are tired and the wi fi does not work properly. The staff is very friendly and they do their best, but the hotel price of +€200 per night does not match the condition of the rooms. It feels like a hostel. We only get two towels,... More

Good hotel in this area for the price, clean (which is high on my priorities!) and the staff are very nice, breakfast good, location convenient over looks the ski lifts. The only issue you could have is the noise from the club nearby that goes on till about 5 in the morning (not the hotels faults) take ear plugs and... More

The staff were the best I've come across in any hotel experience. They were very knowledgeable and spent quite some time answering any question we had. The rooms are comfortable but basic. The ski room is a bit small with only 2 chairs. No cooked breakfast option, but I was fine with the cereal/bread/meats. We paid 295 per night here... More

Do not expect the Ritz, but for the rates charged at this hotel, you will be very pleased. As others have said the rooms are small, but clean and adequate, good showers and a good breakfast. Best of all are the location and the staff, both being perfect. As for Courcheval, if you haven't been, go, if you have, I... More

Hotel was good Nice and clean Very convienient for the slopes Heating was very good, but at night time was suffocating. Very friendly & helpful staff. However the bar that is attached Zinc des Neiges, was soo expensive, I am still gob-smacked at the price of a hot chocolate with cointreau.

There are few hotels that are better located than this. The reception staff are excellent and made one feel welcome. The bar staff were patchy. One time helpful and at others the opposite. Breakfast is ok but don't bother having dinner at the hotel. The bed rooms are a bit stuffy. If you open the door/window for fresh air you... More

Returned here in February after staying here in 2009. Great hotel in a fantastic location, we had front rooms with an excellent view of the slopes. Rooms aren't luxury but they do the job. Disappointing that the owners have done away with Bar le Jump - back in 2009 this was a great place for a post-ski drink and very... More

This hotel is not really a hotel at all, and quite how it claims a three star rating, is beyond me. Nevertheless in the mega bucks world of Courchevel 1850, it does represent an affordable stay right in the heart of town, opposite the ski lifts and the piste, which is not to be underestimated. Mind you, that is still... More

I just came back from Hotel de la Croisette today, we stayed there 1 week with my family and friends. It was the worst hotel ever. Rooms were dirty, breakfast place was very dirty, too much noise coming from the bar from 5pm to 1am The reception closes at 8pm so it is impossible to ask anything after that time.... More

Stayed here February half term and you could not be in a better place to ski and excellent value for money! The bedrooms were fine, if you want better pay 3 times as much in one of the other hotels. Breakfast was good and the bar was great. The staff were friendly. The only thing to fault it was it... More
