The Ski Olympic staff at Chalet Monique are very pleasant, hard working, fun and full of useful local information. This was our second holiday with Ski Olympic, but the first to this location in Courchevel and I have to say that I was very impressed with the levels of service (always with a smile). Nothing was too much trouble, and...

Chalet has a decent location within 10 mins (in ski boots) from the main bubble. Main dining area nice but when at capacity not enough seats on sofas and three small tables crammed full at dining time. Food fine but not what I expected from a premium chalet. Bedrooms basic and bathrooms tired. Chalet girls nice enough but didn't make...

Visited chalet Monique in March and have to say what a wonderful time we had. Fabulous staff where nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast every morning was lovely and the evening meal was really special with great wine! Fantastic chalet in a superb location, will definitely be returning. Thanks again Ski Olympic Gary & Carol Sheffield

First off, this is probably the best chalet we have stayed in (for the cost). Those who are hung up on its Gold standard, they probably haven't stayed at a lot of French chalets. For a little more than a standard chalet, you get good location, free booze, amazing view and a hot tub. Location is very good. It is...

Overview Spent the first week in Feb with 4 other family members. Had room 10,11 & 12, these were chosen after considering Trip Advisor reviews and these proved to be very good with no disturbed nights. The chalet was not full and the other occupants were very friendly and easy to get on with, the mix made the whole week...

Our first impressions of the bedrooms were that they could have been smarter as chalet is part of 'gold collection'. TV in our children's room didn't work. Vents in the bathrooms also didn't work. Rooms got very hot at night and only way to cool it was to open door onto 'balcony' since no windows. Boys balcony was just an...

Just returned from a week in Chalet Monique. The chalet girls are an asset to this accommodation Charlotte, Mel and Amy could not do enough for us and they were so friendly. We were disappointed with the room when we arrived as we thought it would be "plusher". The half bottle of champagne in the room on ice was a...

This is a very well run chalet by efficient and friendly staff. It is in a great position in Courcheval Montriond. The rooms are fine, not big but big enough. Food is good, plentiful and tasty, rather than great. Rather a disappointment than in a chalet styled as 'gold' standard the towels and sheets were not changed all week. The...

Chalet staff were all good, very helpful and friendly. The menu each evening was served with different wines to compliment the meals and both food & wines were of good quality. Compliments to Callum the Chef. Added to this the Chalet has a free bar which was a lovely way to start and finish our evenings. The Chalet was clean...

We have just returned from an excellent ski holiday at the Chalet Monique. Unlike most chalets I have stayed at I am really struggling to provide any criticism! The chalet was really nice and the staff were excellent - all of them were really friendly and accommodating throughout the week. The fact that you all managed to put up with...
