This is a very good and well run Hotel in an excellent location. The staff (particularly in the restaurant and ski room) are really friendly and have great customer service. Room was furnished nicely, although there was no WiFi reception in the room itself, and the TV channel had Audio Description setting installed for blind and partially sighted people which... More

Very nice location directly on the slopes. Not all the 5 stars hotels in Courchevel can say that. The best part is the staff on top with the head concierge, Ivan. Very friendly, and professional. Nothing is impossible for them. Also the restaurant staff is very kind and gentle. Hint: next year the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and the sauna will... More

The Palace I spent a number of weeks at the Hotel Le Palace de Neiges late in the 2013/14 ski season. The staff for the most part are friendly and helpful but the hotel lacks basic amenities that should be standard at the price charged. The first issue is the horrible Wi-Fi in the hotel which constantly knocks you off... More

We have reviewed L'Hotel Le Palace des Neiges before (in 2012), but we stayed there again recently and there have been a few changes which are worth mentioning. The most important point is that the restaurant is under new management and it was just amazing in January 2014! It was good before, but now it is great. The new people... More

I was here as a part of a business trip and found the hotel and its location very convenient. It was right next to the gondola station and still one step away from the main town. The rooms are beautiful and tastefully decorated. Clean and warm. The spread for breakfast is also very good. It has a ski renting facility... More

This hotel, once known as the Byblos des Neiges, has changed hands a few years ago. The location is still one of the best in Courchevel, and the rooms are the same. However, it has lost some of its glamour. The food is good (again - the buffet lunch used to be outstanding). Service is fine - especially the very... More

This is a 5 star luxury hotel, in a perfect location above Courchevel 1850, with good quality dining and an outstanding level of service. - Location: Most people come to Courchevel to ski. There is no comparison between Courchevel 1850 and the villages lower down, such as 1650 and 1550, in terms of snow. This hotel is situated above Courchevel... More
