We have been on more than 40 chalet holidays and have worked 2 ski seasons so we can give you an experienced insight. What they got wrong. 1.Afternoon tea inconsistent and no cake on the chalet staff day off 2.No hot water after 6.30pm 3.Chalet not hoovered or basic communal areas cleaned all week. 4. Boot room far to small...

Visited Cascades for the fourth time with friends. The skiing as always was first class with great snow and lots of runs. The chalet was in good shape and is always very welcoming. Only negative is the gradual fall in customer service standards. On our first visit (2014) the staff were attentive and keen to please. By this year, they...

Very good location, right opposite the elevator to the ski area. I can understand why guests return. It can be noisy though, especially in the dining room at meal times. Food was fine when we stayed, luckily we had the new chef cooking for us. Be careful though as the wine can be taken away pretty quickly due to their...

I stayed here for Christmas week 2016; the hotel is in a great location, right opposite the escalators to take you to the lifts, with a great bar in the ground floor too. The staff were very friendly and helpful (especially Jess), would definitely go again, hopefully next time with a little more snow !

Just returned from the 3 valleys after my 6th year running at Cascades. This is a great Chalet, maybe a bit large for some but it's still very comfortable if a little noisy at meal times. Staying at the same place year after you'd expect it to be the same experience but this year was a little different to begin...

I have stayed in Cascades many times, including twice 2016 (with Anna at the helm, & twice 2017 with Richard running the show). I did find in Jan 2017 with dinner @8pm it made for a long evening & if you wanted to go out it was late by the time dinner was over. On my return in February dinner...

No complaints whatsoever. Nice accommodation in a beautiful spot directly opposite ski slopes. Room was big and warm with comfy mattress and lounge on top floor with balcony and view over village. View from the room window the other side was fantastic. Will be back here in Feb 18 if all goes to plan :->

We booked this place for our first family skiing holiday as we were told it had great rooms for families. We had a room overlooking the mountains - it was truly spectacular. It was a large room too so very pleased on arrival. However, the excitement went rapidly down hill when we were told that the children couldn't come down...

Organising a large group for a ski holiday is no mean feat, believe me! When 32 of us arrived in Courchevel last week we were delighted with the location of the chalet. Just a stones throw from the lift station which gave you access to the 3 Vallees ski area. The rooms are classic chalet styles and a good size...

We have just had a great week in Chalet Cascades. The staff were very helpful and the food was of a good standard. We had some very enjoyable evening meals. Good varied breakfast. Excellent location for access to the lift system for the 3 Valleys region.
