The Hotel is in a nice quiet location but only minutes from the main square and the numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. The room was spacious, modern, comfortable with a modern shower and the window gave a great view of Mont Blanc. The main desk isn't open all the time and enrolee to the hotel, I received a nice voicemail... More

Hotel is in an excellent location - right in the centre of town, very easy to get everywhere. It is a bit hidden down an alley, so a map is handy to find it (or a knowledgeable shuttle bus driver). The room was small, but fine. Bathroom was quite large relative to the room itself. The shower gel felt watered... More

The room was ok, but needs upgrading. The bathroom was Nice and spacious. Breakfast was rather poor, just some cheese and ham and sweat bread. The balcony was rather small, but we had a Nice view to the Alpes.

Great value, centrally located, and nice people. We enjoyed a week or more here, and I would definitely book here again for the value. Friendly staff, clean, everything works. not a three star hotel, more like a pension.

We found this hotel by walking the streets of Chamonix and went where our car would never have found it as it is off one of the main pedestrian streets. But you can get to it by car once you have been given the directions and have negotiated the slightly tortuous route into the hotel car park. As other reviewers... More

Stayed for 4 nights at the end of Feb with my boyfriend, although there was only 2 of us we had to get the triple room as all the others were booked. Turned out to be great, would easily be suitable for 3 people. Was clean, comfortable and functional for a ski holiday. Bathroom was quite modern, shower cubicle could... More

Stayed for 4 nights in March 2016. Triple room for three blokes on long weekend skiing. Excellent location 30 seconds from main street and a supermarket with a short walk to nearest lift. Room was a good size with a modern bathroom and cleaned to a high standard daily. Hotel has friendly and helpful English speaking staff. All in all... More

Stayed at the Hotel du Louvre on March 11-13, 2016. Rates were very reasonable compared to others in town, views from the room were spectacular and the location in the town were perfect. Walking distance to the train, Brevant gondola and plenty of restaurants.
