Dinner was brilliant and the bar and hotel facilities were excellent. Room was average. Breakfast was below average - didn't not like being charged for a boiled egg at a 4 star restaurant. A car is a must as the shuttles are confusing for guests and hotel staff alike. They don't stick to set times and locations. I waited 1...

Absolutely stunningly beautiful location and venue for a wedding, excellent accommodation and to a high standard. The main problem was having to pay an extra €15 for breakfast on top, and this was not only extremely expensive but also poor - little range and ran out early, including coffee! In addition vegetarian options at meal times were non-existent and left...

This is a very interesting hotel set in the rural region of Chamonix. If you are looking at a real lodge experience this is the place to stay. It had a pool, sauna in spar in the back section of the hotel. The room had a lovely view and good facilities. The bar had an excellent range of drinks and...

A car is a must to stay at this hotel. It is up a narrow and slightly rough road. There are plenty of parking spaces. The room was a little tight for space but had all the amenities .We had a good view across the hotels large garden to the forest and the mountain peaks. Provides an excellent breakfast and...

It's a 1 Kilometre drive from the main road so already the atmosphere is quiet. Ample parking. Our room was duplex yet relatively small but everything we needed was there. The room had a view of the forest, those at the back have nice views over the mountains. The pool area is inside but also has sauna and jacuzzi. Pool...

There is no reason to fault the Jeu de Paume. I only spent one night there last Saturday, but enough to check it out. The rooms, restaurant and bar are comfortably luxurious, and the staff were excellent. It's a good idea to have a car because the hotel is much further from the main road that goes to Grands Montets...

Having booked not only our flights but this hotel's last available room for Easter ski weekend, we arrived to find what was a very well run chalet hotel set in the hamlet of Levancher literally 5 minutes from Argentiere. Not only were the rooms well sized and comfortable, but there were always very helpful receptionists who seemed to know all...

A car tour group had sole occupancy of this hotel. This hotel is a little difficult to find up a narrow road but well worth it. It has great views from the patio gardens where you can enjoy a swim in their heated swimming pool. There are plenty of seating areas. Brilliant French cuisine serving local fresh food accompanied by...

A lovely hotel, set in a quiet hamlet, above the main road approximately half way between Chamonix & the ski area of Grand Montets. The Hotel was warm, extremely friendly, well equipped and the evening meals were exceptional. You need a car, and if you're hiring one, make sure you insist on winter tyres and/or snow chains.

A lovely small hotel, service amazing, nothing was too much trouble from lunch reservations to advice on ski runs and Arnica cream to soothe bruises.. Special thanks to Carolle and Kevin who always went the extra mile with a smile.
