We stayed at Langley Hotel Gustavia in Chamonix on a group (group of 7 in total) ski holiday through Crystal Ski holidays. The hotel was okay, clean but in need of a refurbishment. No safes in each room and each room seemed to very considerably based on what other’s in the group said. The WIFI was strong up to 3rd...

I'm just back from a long weekend in Chamonix where we stayed at the Gustavia. It's a traditional hotel in a good location with the Chambre Neuf bar and restaurant a real bonus we weren't expecting. We were half board and the food was great all round. At short notice they had no problem catering for me and providing gluten...

Had lovely lunch here as part of a trip visiting Mont Blanc and Chamonix Served by a young and friendly staff, good beer, great 3 course meal using fresh produce The hotel is situated in the heart of Chamonix with stunning views of the mountains and has an outside terrace to enjoy alfresco drinks etc Would happily return

As everybody describes location is very good. Breakfast is fair and rooms are a bit dated but clean, beds are clean, crisp and comfortable. Wouldn't call this a family hotel, I stayed with a group of friends, we went to chamonix for the weekend to enjoy ourselves and for that purpose the hotel is perfect.

Fairly decent ski hotel. Got busy and loud apres ski bar which won't suit everyone. They have spend some money on the hotel since last year. Good location 2 minutes walk from centre of chamonix and close to rail links too.

Fantastic location for a ski weekend in chamonix. Decent breakfast and a great apres ski bar next door. Not the lap of luxury but more than does the job! Would definately recommend this hotel if you are heading to chamonix

The hotel is located close to the train station right in the city center. Sure the hotel is a bit dated and the rooms are rather small, but if you only need a place to crash and have a warm shower, it will do. We visited off season and paid 85 EUR per night, without breakfast. We had breakfast in...

Mixed experience - Location is A1, superb. Rooms/bathroom on the small side but ok. Biggest let down is the service. So many small issues that add up to be annoying. Reception on the whole were unhelpful and if we had not pre-researched would have worryingly accepted some of the incorrect/poor info given - eg not offered free local transport pass...

First I got a single room. It was very small and had bad smell from the bathroom. Besides, till very late hours there was a noise from the street. After I asked to change my room, I got much bigger one facing the inner yard. It was big improvement. Complimentary breakfast was good, it costs 12 euros. The staff is...

On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly. On the negative side, the hotel is next to a roundabout which attracted loud motorcyclists in the middle of the night, waking us up before a long hike the next day. The room was very small with almost no room to unpack. There's no proper shower set-up...
