The hotel is located close to the train station right in the city center. Sure the hotel is a bit dated and the rooms are rather small, but if you only need a place to crash and have a warm shower, it will do. We visited off season and paid 85 EUR per night, without breakfast. We had breakfast in...

Mixed experience - Location is A1, superb. Rooms/bathroom on the small side but ok. Biggest let down is the service. So many small issues that add up to be annoying. Reception on the whole were unhelpful and if we had not pre-researched would have worryingly accepted some of the incorrect/poor info given - eg not offered free local transport pass...

First I got a single room. It was very small and had bad smell from the bathroom. Besides, till very late hours there was a noise from the street. After I asked to change my room, I got much bigger one facing the inner yard. It was big improvement. Complimentary breakfast was good, it costs 12 euros. The staff is...

On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly. On the negative side, the hotel is next to a roundabout which attracted loud motorcyclists in the middle of the night, waking us up before a long hike the next day. The room was very small with almost no room to unpack. There's no proper shower set-up...

We stayed for 6 nights in room 109. I do not believe this was good value for money and felt the following issues ruined our holiday in Chamonix. We did not bring this up with the reception staff as we didn’t want to cause a scene, hassle or stress on our vacation, so we choose to check out a day...

We stayed for 2 nights while hiking the TMB. At first glance, this hotel looks charming and has a lot of potential. Great architecture and location. Rooms are basic but bed was super comfortable. Unfortunately, there were some major cons we experienced while staying and unfortunately, there were too many cons experienced to be overlooked: 1. Wifi did not work...

We had a room at the front overlooking the station and with spectacular views of Mont Blanc. Rooms are small but well equipped. No air con so we slept with the patio doors open to the small veranda. Breakfasts are decent with good selection. We were on a half board package and technically there was a set 3 course menu...

This place was booked on my behalf , so I appreciate that it was a budget accomodation .However, the stench from the bathroom floor drain, the location next to a VERY LOUD Outdoor drinking venue with shouting drunks until 2am was very poor. The dirty stained room chairs were "taped" together ! ,and Wifi only worked in the foyer. Classically at...

Before the hike, we had a triple room and one single bed was in a very small room as you entered and passed through to enter the main bedroom. This gave us room for backpacks and some privacy to dress. We were above a bar during Euros when France was playing so it was a bit noisy until after the...
