Married, fussy, middle age female's opinion: Room: Great - we had a small window facing the lake. I wish we paid more and enjoyed the full view. The room size was good. Bed comfortable. Sheets and towels ok (no artificial smell) Bathroom recently renovated clean. Temperature of the room was good and you were able to open the window for... More

Nice hotel in good location. We stayed in room 26, which was one of the few that had a balcony. It provided a great view of the lake. The minor flaw is that the shower drain doesn't seem to have been properly plumbed - as sewer gasses occasionaly wafted into the room through it. However, each night we simply covered... More

It was our second stay there, first one was a few years ago. We liked this hotel than and decided to come back. Nice and small hotel operated by two sisters who were super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect!!!! Walking distance to an old part of town and the lake is just across the street. Yes rooms are small... More

We liked the location of the hotel. It was a little way out of town but it was nice to escape the crowds, and it's a fairly easy walk. Otherwise there is a bus stop at the end of the road that will take you into the centre of town - and a bus there every time we walked past... More

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this small, friendly hotel. It was spotlessly clean, and the two sisters who own it had thought of everything. Free wifi. Our bed was comfortable and we could see the lake if we leant out of the window! It is true that the shower arrangement could have been better, as with... More

Although this accomodation was up a hill, this was not a problem, as got a nice view of the lake. The room was spot on with everything we needed. Little fridge was perfect too. Cleaning of the room on a daily basis also. Very friendly staff and computer available to use also. Would visit again

We had a lake view room on 3rd floor. Room was very bright and clean with an excellent bathroom. However my wife is short and therefore could not easily appreciate the view. Staff very friendly .Good décor throughout .Continental breakfast was fine. Cost Euro12 .Bus from bottom of hotel road every 15 minutes into town Euro 1.4. Taxi if required... More

We stayed in this hotel for two nights during our recent visit in Annecy. Location is good - just by the lake and close to city center. But the room is tiny. The bathroom is horrible. You cannot have a shower without messing up the whole bathroom. There was no shower curtain. It was half of a glass door in... More

I stayed in a twin room with a friend, in the non renovated part of the hotel (I think). It was clean, tidy & the facilities were fine. I personally think that it was slightly overpriced for what it was but there was free parking & does seem to be in line with the prices in the rest of the... More

Small, basic, clean rooms with great views, lovely staff and a scenic 20 minute walk along the lake to the centre. Lots of parking and reasonably priced. Tips: go for second or third floor with lake view and balcony, if possible (although note the third floor dormer window rooms have height restrictions) and give breakfast a miss. Happy we stayed...
