With glowing reviews, lovely photos and 4 previous visits to Provence, I planned two years in advance my 70 th bday celebration. I booked for two weeks and divided stay for my family and friends to each have a one week stay at Provence Paradise. It’s beauty, authenticity in decor, cozy spaces for each and everyone to have their space.... that in itself would have met expectations. But William Moore.... his cheerful morning greetings with a tray laden with pastries, his knowledge of the region , his tips that were spot on... his kindness and attentiveness to each guest....it was admiration for him from each of us. I also viewed other properties that he oversaw and each had a beauty and warmth that were appropriate for other visits . I can’t thank William enough for making “our”…
What a fabulous place to stay in Saint-Remy! It really captures the essence of Provence. A short drive from Avignon, Arles, Roussilon, Cassis, Provence Paradise is the perfect place to stay as your jumping off point for the sites and activities in the surrounding area. William is the quintessential host: truly concierge service. He will bring your breakfast in the morning and make sure that you know everything you need to plan your day. I stayed in the Tuileries for a week and my only regret is that I didn’t allow for a couple of days to just do nothing but imbibe the peace and tranquility of the property and its surroundings. Maybe next time!
This si the gem of all properties ever, We arrived after a train ride from Paris, rented a car and got to the beautiful property. We met William , the owner, had a beautiful dinner waiting with wine. William was the most wonderful host ever. He arrived eery morning with fresh bakery items, he assisted us in getting us to places by giving directions and making reservations for wonderful restaurants, The home we stayed in was built in 1620/ Was spacious and each room had it's own bath. It was a wonderful week and thanks you William fro making it happen.
In our travels, we’ve met many congenial, competent inn keepers. But we recently had an experience that made it clear that the real sign of the exceptional innkeeper is not when all goes according to plan but when complications arise. We were very impressed by the lengths William went to assure our needs came first. We would give him and his establishment our highest endorsement.
We had three couples spend a week with William at Provence Paradise. From the moment he met us at the gate we knew that we had made the right choice. The welcome was wonderful after 6,000 miles. The house was very comfortable for three couples with room for a fourth. The facilities were well laid out with drinks on the sunny patio and dinner in the farm house dining room with the table set. Just add a dinner with fresh veg from the market and you are set to go. We had a cooking demonstration dinner that was very memorable and great fun. The location is perfect for a short walk to town or a drive to the Roman ruins, the wine country or for olive oil tasting. Don’t miss the experience. Doug and Patty Tahoe, California
