If you read the many reviews of Provence Paradise, the common thread, aside from the incredible beauty and authenticity of this comfortable property, is William. While you might not think your innkeeper can impact your travel experience, I believe he can. My husband and I have stayed at Provence Paradise three times now, and each time it is no exaggeration to say that William has made the difference. He goes out of his way to make sure you are well cared for. On this most recent visit, for us it was making our travel arrangements even as the virus was spreading and quickly changing the travel landscape. It was taking my husband to Marseille to return our rental car. It was picking us up before sunrise to catch a train. Yes, we love the delicious first night dinner at your own "hamlet," the fresh-baked pastries every morning, entertaining on your own garden terrace, wine and conversation poolside, and the many and varied activities and attractions. We have enjoyed it all over our three visits. But this is the kind of travel assurance you want. If things don't go the way you had planned, you want to know that someone "has your back." In Provence, that someone is William Moore and you will find him at Provence Paradise.

We recently enjoyed another amazing visit to Provence Paradise! William’s hospitality and our comfortable Provencal house were both highlights of the trip. Our welcome dinner was delicious, as were William’s morning deliveries of the best pastries in the world. William, with a tremendous knowledge of the area as well as many personal connections and resources, helped us plan our adventures. During our visit, we explored and photographed the villages of Les-Baux-de-Provence, St-Remy-de-Provence, and the ancient Roman ruined village of Glanum. The Luberon villages of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Fountain-de-Vaucluse, Gordes, Les Bories, and Oppede-le-Vieux were peaceful visits after the bustling December markets. A special treat at Fountain-de-Vaucluse was seeing the source of the Sorgue river rushing. We watched white horses and pink flamingoes in the Camargue, chatted with an adventurous Frenchman who was also exploring Les-Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, and walked the entire rampart around the ancient town of Aigues-Mortes. Provence Paradise is the perfect home base for all of these amazing experiences and so many more. In addition to all of the provided cooking amenities and Provencal market foods, William always helps us find the best restaurants in the area, with leisurely dinners and enjoyable proprieters. At the end of each day, we returned to Provence Paradise and enjoyed a glass of wine, resting up for the next day’s adventure! We can’t wait to return to Provence Paradise!

William, the ultimate host, waited for us when we were late (french trains!!). Brought us fresh bread and treats daily. Personally took my wife to the Dr when sick! Brought her chicken soup when confined to bed. The accomodation is very good, location for visiting Provence perfect. 15 min walk to St Remy. Varied rooms to suit different families etc. I highly recommend this host for a weeks holiday..

As so many have written, Provence Paradise is a fantastic resort/retreat. Starting with owner/host of the hamlet, William, the comforts and amenties are so wonderful. He is welcoming and very kind and helpful. The houses/cottages are amazing. We have visited twice (2017 and 2019) and found the facilities to be very comfortable, historic and filled with antiques and all the comforts. We look forward to our return. Travelers can be very confident of a wonderful stay, and visit to St Remy and nearby sites.

Once again a great stay with William and team. If coming to the area, the location, accommodations and hospitality are great for couples or families. There are many people in the area who rent their homes to make extra money on the side, William is a true inn keeper dedicated to providing great hospitality. William can provide a great agenda every day, personalized to your interests. We’ve stayed here for over 10 years, always great stays.
