Hotel de Tourrel is beyond. Such a beautifully converted building with incredible style in its simplicity. All the fittings and furnishings have been chosen by someone with a great aesthetic. The use of limestone on the floors and in the bathroom creates a calm and luxurious feel. The hotel staff, Caspar, Camille and Cedric were so friendly, professional and interesting. I couldn’t fault anything. I will certainly be recommending this Hotel to discerning travellers who enjoy peace and elegance.

We came to the hotel last week for a night as part of a bike tour of Provence. Everything about our experience was wonderful. The hotel itself is a tasteful and contemporary modernization of a handsome stone building. All of the details were well thought through from double doors to make the rooms very quiet to the secluded pool area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our requests, whether dinner reservations or anything else. Overall a memorable experience.

We stayed two nights. It was pure perfection. Fantastic service. Splendid premises. Beautiful location. Very quiet. And of course heavenly Michelin-starred restaurant. The hotel has a (paying) private parking not far from the hotel itself. The staff will bring you there and will give you a 'key' to access it when you need it.

What an amazing hotel! We communicated with Camille Basse via email and she was very helpful with descriptive ideas on what to do in area. She was very attentive and helpful. We drove so she let us know there is parking (limited so let them know beforehand).

When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Camille and Gaspard. They were warm and cheerful. Gaspard kindly escorted us to our wonderful room (we didn’t want to leave) Número Deux.

This hotel is a historic building that has been remodeled by the owners one of which is an architect we heard and to be quite honest with you her design choices are minimalist but respect the beauty of the space. This hotel is a gem! My wife and I loved it so much we definitely will come back!

We also dined at their wonderful restaurant which was amazing as well.

No complaints highly recommend this gem!

We were pleasantly surprised how a boutique with only 9 rooms can offer many of the services at a level one would expect from a larger hotel.
Camille and Chloe were very attentive to our needs and Camille even walked us to our restaurant one night so we wouldn't get lost.
The breakfast with Gerd was surprisingly good.
We had a duplex room with an impressive outdoor deck.
The hotel even has a pool which while small is perfect for a dip.

This gorgeous 17th century boutique hotel in the old section of Saint Remy is a treasure. Beginning with the above-and-beyond warmth and attention from hotel manager Camille who walked us to our car park, and her fellow staff member Chloe, we were shown to our lovely, spotless and well appointed room with views of the ancient town. Fluffy robes, a Nespresso machine, and a marble bathroom. Breakfast, which is extra, was delicious, the staff was warm and friendly. We treated ourselves to dinner at their Michelin restaurant which was truly amazing and memorable, in every way. We were kind of spoiled for the rest of our trip.

This hotel is a perfect mixture of old and new. St Remy is a beautiful provincial town that is an excellent place for home base while in Provence. Plenty to do and see. It is close to the train station and easy location to visit many towns. The hotel rooms are well appointed and the customer service, led by Camille, is above and beyond. The restaurant is wonderful. We started by scheduling 4 nights here prior to a Backroads Provence bike tour. (Also amazing!!) We loved the hotel and town so much, we added another night on the back end prior to departing back to our home in the States. We chose St Remy and The Tourrel over a night in Paris!! We must come back again. This is an Amazing hotel! Incredible customer service.

If you're in this area of the world, this is the only place you should consider staying. The hotel is lovely and, with only a few rooms to this former palatial residence, it is intimate. There is attention to detail, (like AppleTV and automatic lights that go on when entering the bathroom-- really something every hotel should have) in an exquisite space with a Michelin Star Restaurant. But what really sets it apart is the amazing level of customer service. We had a situation while we were there, which was daunting considering we don't speak the language. Shepherded by sweet Camille, the problem was addressed and a crisis averted. I'm going to repeat this....If you're in this area of the world, this is the only place you should consider staying.

This hotel is in the perfect spot in St. Remy. It is beautiful and feels very French. Room was outstanding with all of the necessary appointments. Breakfast was very nice and the entire staff was very helpful. You need to know that absent an emergency there is no staff after 8:00 pm and they don't do turndown or leave you a nice little something on your pillow. Some extra attention would be a nice touch but nothing detracted from our wonderful stay. The hotel has warmth and is very nice. I would come back here for sure.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in . Our room was cavernous and quiet and very elegantly decorated. There is a fantastic restaurant on the premise that has a Michelin star. The location is perfect in beautiful Saint-Remy. The owners of the hotel were present and welcoming. The hotel clerks went out of their way to help us. We had a situation with an airbnb in our previous stop. We did not want to spend a second night there and the hotel was able to arrange for us to stay with them an extra night at the last minute. I really recommend this as a relaxing stop on your journey through Provence.

Yes, great breakfast. Parking has to be booked with the hotel and it is in a secure undercover and secure building about 5 mins walk away.
