This is an old maison in the middle of st remy, 20 mts from the townhall square where you have a nice food market on the Wednesday (at least by summer time, as far as we know). The Maison has a lovely courtyard where we had breakfast every morning with the best fruit salad we have had in a long...

For me this boutique hotel is the best accommmodation option in Saint-Rémy. Every room is decorated differently, all of them being ample and absolutely charming. It feels more like you have your own flat, rather than just a room. The location is ideal, breakfast is superbe and Emilie is ever so helpful and nice! For me it would be the...

We had a lovely stay here especially after a disappointing experience at another hotel in Aix. La Maison du Village has a quiet garden area where you can sit back and recover after a day out about town and their rooms are cosy and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend for families as well (we had a baby and they were super...

Last week, I took my mother on a surprise trip to France in celebration of her 60th birthday. We spent 4 nights in St. Remy at this wonderful boutique hotel. We loved it!! First off, as all have mentioned, the location cannot be beat. Right in the center of town, we would enjoy dinner, walk to a wine bar, and...

Maison du Village in St. Remy de Provence is still one of our most favorite places today stay in France! We were here in 2011 and wanted to come back to share this special place with friends. We are so glad we did! Emilie and Jeanne were so welcoming and did everything possible to provide us with a beautiful, relaxing...

In the centre of town, halfway down a charming street with the unlikely name of Rue du 8 Mai 1945, a historical tongue twister in any language, is dead-easy to find.... with the aid of a local map. guests enter from the street into a long rectangular salon. A stone chimney-breast at the end of this room leads your eye...

We went to St. Remy to explore the Provence region. It was a very good choice, of hotel, we were received late at night, for which we are greatful. Being an american, used to more traditional places this was a different experience. To our pleasure these was a morning market the next day we arrived. Wao, never seen anything like...

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. We usually stay at Hotel de l'Image but they were full so booked this guest house. The Beige suite that we had was very spacious with charming/quirky decor. It also had excellent lighting for reading, jars of cotton buds and pads in the bathroom and a fresh litre bottle of Evian...

We stayed at Maison du Village in July for a family celebration and absolutely loved it. We were looking for somewhere special and authentic and that is certainly what we found. Emilie and Marisa took fantastic care of us, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts served outside in the beautiful courtyard were lovely. The hotel is in a perfect location...

“We loved being on the top floor as it was very quiet but walking up 2 flights of stairs may not suite everyone.”

“For those less fit I would recommend the first floor rooms rather than the top floor bedrooms. Also the first floor bedroom, the Rose bedroom does not have a shower over the bath so for those who would struggle to get in and out of a roll top bath should book one of the other suites.”
