We had a very nice four-night stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful. Our room (number 35) was large, clean and comfortable with a large, nice bed. We had a problem with the shower. It flooded the bathroom since there is no barrier between the floor of the shower and the bathroom floor, so we had to keep the... More

This was undoubtedly the least special of our hotels in France. We stayed for two nights in September. The check in started things off poorly. There was no porter when we arrived, and I lugged our luggage out of the car. Then, I waited. It was at least five minutes before I was greeted by any staff members in the... More

This hotel has 5 star staff, individually they are all friendly, helpful and professional. Other pluses are the super quick excellent laundry service, good housekeeping, nice towels and robes too. The food, including breakfast is excellent and the waiting staff and chefs are very accommodating. The swimming pool area is attractive but there doesn't ever appear to be any staff... More

We loved this hotel in St. Remy. The room was comfortable and had a wonderful ambiance. Sophie at the front desk was extremely helpful in helping plan itineraries and dinner reservations, thanks Sophie! But everyone was gracious, patient and nice. It's very close to the city center and we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again!

We stayed for tw nights and had a nice stay but our room as well as one of the other rooms of a coule traveling with us were not up to five star standard. Our room was very small and not decorated up to a claims five star hotel. As well as if our shades were not closed see into... More

Stayed here for 5 days. Check in was efficient -Loggia room was as expected and had nice private balcony albeit small. The best feature by far was the outdoor swimming - set amidst beautiful views. However for us that was it. Absolutely no atomosphere in the hotel. We noticed that very few guests had evening dinner and during our stay... More

we had a week in the hotel le vallon de valruges. The hotle is a wonderful place and the staff are very attentive and flexible to your needs. We had a small dog with us and this was no problem in fact the hotel staff looked after the dog as one of the guests. Lovely pool, rooms are clean and... More

We spent 3 days/nights in August. The welcome at the reception was not very warm ( a cold receptionist ), but the room was ok ( nothing really special...). We went to the swimming pool, where the drinks are incredibly expensive. In the evening we had dinner in the restaurant, and what they try to offer is top gastronomy, but... More

Arrived on Thursday for four nights at $450 a night. Room was size of a Hampton Inn in U.S. - but maybe even smaller. You could not sit on chairs without having to move should someone need to walk by. Shelves in closet were used for clothing. There were no dressers. Bed was extremely comfortable, but it was too cool... More

We loved this hotel and would struggle to say anything negative about it. Our room was superb and I really enjoyed the breakfasts - I thought that they were very good value (especially when they had a selection of newspapers). The outdoor pool was bliss and I spent too much time there! However it is a very pleasant walk into... More
