We only stayed here for 1 night as part of our road trip along the coast. The hotel as a secure underground car park with each of the spaces individually locked, which was perfect for our rental car. The cost is only €10 a day however the spaces are first come first served, I believe they have around 30 spaces....

On the last day of our road trip we decided to stay in Marseille. That was our first mistake, we should have just checked out the old port and left. The second mistake was choosing this hotel. Really, 3 stars? Why, because there is a TV and a hairdryer? The photos of the hotel online are not accurate, or maybe...

The apartment hotel is perfect for access to the shuttle to the airport and the station. The apartment was good, with a hob, fridge and dishwasher, although looking at the original inventory there were loads of items missing, bring a corkscrew and some hangers. It takes about a quarter of an hour to walk to the Old Port. Close by...

Room and bathroom clean, good toiletries and nice balcony to have breakfast / meals. Bed comfortable enough and good aircon. Rooms were quite modern. Wi-Fi was decent although you had to re-authenticate every now and then. The hotel staff was helpful whenever we interacted with them. The area around the hotel was undergoing re-construction. Location of the hotel is very...

We stayed three nights at the Residhome Appart Hotel Saint-Charles. It would have liked to know that the whole city was undergoing constant construction, but most especially the area near our hotel. It was awkwardly located and we had to circle around a few blocks just to return to the hotel, as well as it was not near any local...

Stayed 3 nights as a base for visiting Marseille. Hotel and room was clean and Spartan. Good size safe, bed comfy enough, room was very quiet. All furnishings supplied, crockery, cutlery, dish washer, couple of moans, room did not appear as large as in the advert and the TV did not have one English speaking channel. Reception spoke English and...

We had 1 bedroom apartment for 1 night and found the Hotel to be excellent for our needs. It is very close to St Charles Railway Station (about a 5 minute walk) and 2 Metro stations which is why I chose this property as we needed to make late-night transport connections. The apartment was exactly true to the photos. It...

I decided to go off the beaten path and try something 'unbranded' and different - this one was a mistake. Marseille on the whole is a dump. Dirty, violent, run-down and seemingly abandoned. The hotel, a 10-minute walk from the main train station, is certainly not in the best of neighborhoods. There are two entrances, the one sited in their...

Stayed 4 nights last week at this hotel. As mentioned in most reviews this hotel is very clean, spacious, modern and staff pleasant - English was no problem although some reviews said this was the case. Laundry self service was helpful as you only have one set of towels without paying for more changes so easy to wash through and...

Cozy aparments, we had everything we need, nice small kitchen. Location is great, close to bus and train station, and close to the port as well. Price was a bit high, but that might have been due to the Euro2016 at that time.
