Stayed in this hotel in July 2014. Great location, a short walk to the metro. Beautiful room, very comfortable bed&pilows , great shower, staff professional & helpful. Good Internet in room. Parking available at extra cost. Modern hotel with home comforts. Very clean. Highly recommend. Didn't have the breakfast.

The Old Port is going through a long renovation, which considerably complicates the traffic in the area. For practical reasons I decided to stay in this flat situated in the newer part of Marseille - near the avenue de Prado. At a walking distance you can find the "Carnivore", a nice bakery and a Carrefour city - What makes possible...

Good points; very clean, very comfortable bed, lovely staff, good location, nice breakfast, not too expensive. Less good points: cheap fittings, noisy streets outside, one chair per room and no lounge in building. Personally I would pay a little extra for a hotel with a lounge and a bar.

Clean, modern facility close to the metro with easy access to city center. Nice restaurants close by. Staff was helpful, especially Marion, who spoke excellent English. There is 24 hour access to a business area and coffee. Internet worked well in our room. Wonderful street close by.

I will never stay at this hotel again. We arrived and checked in only to find that the air-conditioning was broken and our only option was to leave the room windows wide open to keep the room cool. This was Marseille in June and the heat was unbearable and made it almost impossible to sleep since the street outside was...

We stayed here for a night before proceeding to Nice. We really expected a lot from the hotel considering the nice reviews I read over the internet only to find out that the aircondition system of the entire hotel was not functioning during our stay. They only informed us after we check in and complained about the warm temperature of...

The hotel looks quite new and modern. The staff is friendly. The rooms are large and have a nice bath room with a good shower. There is a large fridge, good TV and free internet. Sleeping quality is however very poor: The beds are extremely hard and the room was always very hot (June). There is an airconditioning sytem but...

A friend and I spent one night in Seven Urban Suites on our way through Marseille. The staff at the reception desk were very nice and well prepared for our pre-paid arrival. Our room was very modern and clean with all the necessary amenities. Too bad we were not staying any longer as the built in kitchen area would have...

Everything is perfect as advertised: clean well equipped room, good bed, huge bathroom Just note the location and check out Google Street View before you go. Nothing dangerous or terrible has been observed, but the location is not fancy.

If u are looking for a self catered modern comfortable and clean place to stay this is it. Close to a metro stop, ideal for visiting the town centre and other transportation links. I would stay here again and look for other branches in other towns too. Highly reccomend it!

“The hotel is just of the street corner; though its a relatively quiet street, you may get some street noise on the ground floor. We were in 305 (I think) which is a studio, and had a nice view of the mountains.”
