Putting pictures on the wall might be a good attempt at making you look hip, but there's nothing hip about this place. While it might be different in the high season, there's was no one in the lounge or bar, BUT the welcome was extremely friendly, the location was great and they even kept a spot right in front of...

This hotel was really awful. Do not trust the website photos they are not representative of the hotel - make sure you look at the traveller photos. The wifi is awful and borders on unusable - something multiple guests have stated in their reviews. The walls are paper thin so the hotel is very noisy. The staff and disinterested at...

This place did the trick - secure (the front door needs to be opened by reception) & convenient. I had a room overlooking the garden with a nice leafy view. The bed is comfy, the room & large bathroom clean, aircon. I didn't have breakfast there - in fact I never saw anyone having breakfast. Friendly staff. About 15-20mins down...

Stayed here in may 2015. Room and staff were excellent, great base location from which to explore the city. Very near to the port and excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other travellers. Close to metro and is just 2 or 3 metro stops from main station.

This is a centrally located little hotel. It sits right in the center of town and you can walk from there to most important sites. It is right next door to Court Julien, which is a hip square with good restaurants and cafes. You can also walk to the Vieux Port via the pedestrian area of Marseille. Thus, the location...

We spent a week here in room 23 at the back so quiet and good for sleeping. The hotel does do breakfast at an extra cost but it was not "promoted" to us upon our check-in, however there are many places nearby to get breakfast. Our room had plain walls and was large with good floor space and a big...

This hotel is alright but not nice enough that I would return there if I went back to Marseilles. Its about a 10 minute walk to the main harbor, and an equal distance from the very colorful Cour Julien neighborhood. The hotel is just 5 minutes from a convenient metro to the main train station, which has frequent bus ('navette')...

I chose this hotel on the basis of Tripadvisor reviews, particularly those that mentioned the quality of sleeping, and I was not disappointed. The floors and walls are solid, the windows double-paned, and the garden in the back masks any nearby traffic. (Ask for a garden room, which I believe are also the less expensive ones.) The hotel staff is...

Positives: Hotel is centrally located and close to everything, so that was very convenient. Nice staff. Had free wifi (but have to ask for password every day at the reception). Big bathroom. Negatives: Old. Dirty floors, carpets in the bedroom with not a singe clean spot on them. Safe in the closet not attached. No curtain in the bathtub, so...

Spent one night here while visiting Marseilles for the weekend and paid a very good rate (60 euros). The positives- large bedroom & bathroom, great location, very friendly & helpful staff. The downsides- although the name & professional pictures of the hotel gave the impression of somewhere quite kooky & individual it is actually quite a standard 3/4 star hotel....
