The nhow Marseille, formerly known as NH Marseille Palm Beach, is situated in one of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful bays and offers exceptional sea views. Cleverly built into the rocks, the hotel is both a wonderful setting for a holiday and one of the largest business meeting and events venues in Marseille. Most rooms face the sea and have their own balcony or terrace. Rooms for guests with limited mobility and family rooms are also available. Guests start the day with a generous buffet breakfast. For lunch and dinner, the hotel’s restaurant serves delicious Mediterranean cuisine. Snacks are also available in the hotel bar. For relaxation, you can have a relaxing swim in the seafront pool, open from May to October, or work out on the exercise machines in the gym.

We stayed for two nights. We picked a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean which was really nice. The interior of the hotel is quite colorful and quirky with a few nice spots to just hang around. The pool has a nice size and great location next to the ocean. There is a direct access to the ocean from the hotel but the sand didn’t look very appealing and a bit dirty which was unfortunate. We had dinner at the hotel once. It was good but certainly a bit overpriced (you pay for the ocean view for sure). Service in general was a bit slow and you had to wave down the waiters for attention. The hotel has an online page and app you can use to view all the hotel services while staying. It is a good concept but we ordered breakfast in our room and it didn’t work. There was a food truck at the pool during the day and outside the hotel in the evening. The team running the truck was very friendly, the pizza was very tasty and had a fair price. We really enjoyed having some pizza on our balcony and watching the sunset.

Never again. Worst service, Staff constantly on the defensive replying to queries with an attitude and not providing solutions, poor overall organization (pulling at Valet no one to help, being told to wait in a rude maner by front desk staff, Staff saying they are too busy to help, when asking for simple stuff being told off...). Every time I passed by the front desk was noticing this behavior with other Clients as well. Worst experience. At the pool which is pretty, strong sewage smell... it’s a good hotel but badly run with Staff on the loose not understanding what Client service is.

Dear Eloa, To say that our establishment is the worst may be a bit of an exaggeration. Of course, your experience may not have been up to your expectations and we apologize for that. Our teams will do what is necessary to correct all of this. In any case, we take note of your feedback for the future improvement of our services. Just know that this is by no means what we want to offer our customers. We thank you all the same for placing your trust in us. You will always be welcome in spite of everything. Sincerely, Hugo Roche, Guest Relation

We visited nhow with our two dogs and were surprised by how comfortable we were. We enjoyed the stay so much we extended an extra day. The staff intentionally gave us a ground floor room to accommodate the puppies. It was comfortable. The restaurant has nice food (a bit expensive) and the apéro was buzzing each night. The restaurant, bar and pool had lovely views of the harbor. Sunsets were stunning. Walk to the city center is doable but can get warm in the heat. The bus stop in front of the hotel is easy and takes 2Euro when boarding. It circles between Prada beach (so close to the hotel) and the old port. We also took taxi and Uber when going out for the night.

Great spot to be if you visit Marseille. Rooms are very quiet and deco very original. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The pool must be a real plus during the hot months. Would definitely come back for work or leisure.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and son and it is a wonderful hotel. Newly renovated rooms, comfortable king size bed, modern bathroom with a lovely tub. We had a huge terrace that we could sit outside and look at the ocean( which is literately right there), watch the sail boats come and go, very beautiful view. Restaurant is top notch amazing food, highly recommend it. If your looking for a hotel in Marseille, France this is the one you want!
