Booked a night at this hotel well located from Euromed and conseil régional at walking distance looks great on web site despite of the high price for this date. I arrived at 7pm and did not find a way to sleep till 2pm ! Why ? People at the bar just bellow my window, a super event on the rooftop at dock and when you think it is time to have some rest, workers that through out every 15 seconds wood from 2nd floor straight to the van bellow and this till 1:30 pm! Of course I claim hotel desk that said it was not their responsibility and no other room available. I will long remember how Marseille can mix loud fest event and work hard ... at night !!

It's the second time we chose this hotel to stay in Marseille. The location is perfect. For us most attractive is the room size and overall great convenience of the facility. Good breakfast, nice staff and excellent service.

Very nice upper midrange hotel. My room was quite large with separate spaces for an actual bathroom and a room with a shower and tub. The room was equipped with furniture for many different activities. There was a dining table, a comfortable sitting chair, and a cot as well as a double bed. There was also a refrigerator and a coffee maker. What made the room a suite was a balcony and a foldable plastic room divider. Since I was by myself, I never deployed the room divider. Breakfasts were fine. Pretty high-quality versions of all the usual components of a Northern European breakfast were available. Staff were extremely pleasant, and they let me take advantage of my Accor “gold” status and check out late. The hotel is in Euroméditerranée, which is said to be the largest urban renewal project in Southern Europe. Most of the buildings right around the hotel are office buildings, but there is also a theatre and an Ibis hotel close by. Apartment buildings and a big shopping center are within easy walking distance. There’s a tram stop in front of the hotel and a Métro stop maybe 400 m south. There are people in the vicinity of hotel at all hours of the day and evening, but I wouldn’t describe the hotel’s immediate environs as being the least bit “vibrant.” The area _would_ be fascinating to anyone with an interest in urbanism. Only complaint (and the reason for not assigning five stars): When I arrived, my non-smoking room was suffused with the faint smell of stale tobacco smoke. Opening the windows solved that problem at least while I was there, but this might not have been a good idea during the winter.

This is one of the better hotels in which I've stayed in France. The staff spoke excellent English and were super helpful in resolving some difficulties we encountered (not related to the hotel). The rooms were enormous, the climate properly controlled, and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The hotel also has microwaves in the rooms and offers a nice array of heat-up meals in the lobby, which is very convenient because there are not many restaurants nearby unless you're willing to venture out into the city. Again, the staff went way beyond what you would normally expect to help us with a few issues with our itinerary and a lost item. On some web-sites it's not really clear about parking. There is a Q-Park on the backside of the hotel. You have to park here first and then get your ticket validated at the hotel for a discount overnight rate. With all the one-way streets in the area, you better use Google maps to locate the parking deck before going to the hotel because there is no place to park during check-in. Overall, superb hotel.

It is a good and clean hotel, which is about half an hour walk away from the old port. So if you enjoy walking, you can easily reach the port while passing through the Marseille streets which are worth visiting as well. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a coffee machine, a small fridge and a microwave. The reception was friendly and helpful and fortunately could speak English well.
