We enjoyed our stay here and the setting is gorgeous. The hotel is in a somewhat remote location so we ate here 4 of the 3 nights while were we here. We didn't want to drive on small windy road at night although in retrospect I wish we would have. When we went out for dinner we had really good meals. The food and service in the hotel were very disappointing. One night my red wine was brought in a chilled glass. When I pointed this out, the waiter smiled and nodded. Don't try to order room service on the iPad provided in the room because you will never get your breakfast. Every day I had to go ask for the menu to order room service. Every day we were charged a different amount for the same breakfast! As Americans we are not used to smoking. There is a lot of smoking in this hotel which really ruined our outdoor meals. The people in the room next to us smoked on their terrace so we could not enjoy sitting outside. Turndown people were really nice. …

We had an amazing stay !! Everything from the room to the cleaning staff was excellent. The view from our balcony was so amazing it was hard to leave for dinner. Room service is excellent in fact and we dined in room a few times.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in bar none. From the moment we entered the hotel receiving an extremely warm welcome, we knew that we were somewhere special. The hotel had been highly recommended to us, but completely surpassed our expectations. This is a beautiful resort hotel - quiet, sophisticated luxury, in stunning surroundings. A courtesy bus takes you into neighbouring Saint Paul De Vence. We had the pleasure of in staying in a sumptuous suite. Every member of staff we encountered was courteous and helpful. The spa was absolutely wonderful. Many people we spoke to in the hotel are returners and I certainly intend to come back myself for another special occasion. Just perfect!

Located on the hills of the French Riviera with views of the beautiful countryside and the town of St. Paul de Vence lies this beautiful of a gem hotel. The gardens are pristine and well manicured. You feel at peace the this place. The room we had was spacious and had a large balcony where we could enjoy breakfast Al fresco. Rooms are decorated in classic French design. Staff friendly and professional. Concierge very helpful in dinner reservations . They have a pool which looks like you are on the beach. It has sand, an island, waterfalls and a water slide. You can also have lunch there. Our son enjoyed it so much. In the parking house are sparrows that come there to rest after their migration. We enjoyed watching them after dinner. This is a place where you can relax, enjoy great food , relax on your garden or terrace and just enjoy life. We would love to come back .…

Overall thought the hotel is nice albeit the rooms are a tad outdated, but surely for a price tag of nearly $1000 a night the value score is 2/5. Yes it is summer and every hotel in France is charging exuberant prices but that doesn’t make it right. Best points: Spa and gym - fantastic, hotel has beautiful landscape and gardens. Pleasant young lady at reception. To improve: outdated rooms, nearly non existent room service (order from a tablet, took 2 hours and food was hardly edible), shortage of staff (luggage took 45 minutes to come to room + adults pool you had to call a number for staff to come), Shuttle service to town can be expanded (“I have 7 seats in shuttle and 70 rooms” to quote conceirge who told us to take a taxi).

Our 10th? Visit . Great location 30 minutes from Nice airport. In the hills. Now with a lake and beach fir children. Food in both restaurants could be improved. Accommodation delightful. Superb service leo Claudia anyone clementine marine at the desk and thanks to Audrey the charming and effective boss. Fair prices. No disappointments! We will be back.

Without a doubt, the standout feature of our stay was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Every single member, from the reception to housekeeping, seemed genuinely invested in ensuring our comfort and happiness. They greeted us with heartfelt smiles, offered invaluable local insights, and attended to our every need with a promptness that was truly commendable. Their dedication to service excellence was palpable and contributed greatly to the overall positive vibe of the place. The hotel’s aesthetic is mesmerizing, and one cannot help but feel a sense of tranquillity wash over them amidst the lush gardens, stone pathways, and ornate furnishings. Each corner of the hotel felt like it held a secret story, inviting guests to discover its history and charm. A recent addition to the hotel's offerings that took our experience to new heights was the beach area. What a place! We were totally bowled over by this absolutely beautiful resort. The rooms are luxurious, the food was delicious. Fantastic breakfast, amazing Spa - probably one of the best I’ve ever been to. Overall a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to return very soon.

Amazing resort hotel, really family friendly and with a stunning Spa. It was pricey, but the facilities and services were incredible. We had two adjoining rooms for the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 kids) and it provided a lovely amount of space, amazing beds and linen, and bathrooms. The buffet breakfast was brilliant, lots of options and they were very welcoming to our kids. We ate dinner a few nights at the terrace restaurant and it was lovely, again amazing staff and food and very kind to our kids as well. The facilities were stunning- the grounds and gardens were so pretty and well kept. We spent all the time at the lagoon (kids pool) which was huge and was sand- so no risk of slipping for the kids. They had very attentive waitstaff, the prices were expensive- so be prepared! Well worth booking a spa treatment- it was luxurious and one of the nicest facials I have ever had! We have just returned from 4 nights here. It was fabulous. From the smell of jasmine to the tranquillity. The had a great room, upper floor, that gave us a view over the hills. The swimming pools were quiet. We ate, each night, in the bistro and there is a specials board as well as a menu. The desserts are fabulous. We used their shuttle service,1 day, as we didn't have a car, to visit St. Pierre du Vence. We hope to be back
