I absolutely loved my stay. From the welcoming to the farewell. This hotel is definitely Le Top. They welcomed us back because we have stayed at 4 season hotels in the past. Gave us a brief tour and were very accommodating. It can be a bit difficult to receive car service I would suggest you order one at least 30-45 min in advance due to availability being limited in the area.

The FS' Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat is the "grand dame" to which I'm referring. This venerable & stately residence reminds me of the Hotel Coronado in a way...a regal seaside resort steeped in history, yet losing absolutely none of its luster. The service was impeccable but not stuffy either. My fellow travelers and I all found it utterly charming. For those debating whether to stay here I will say that its location is somewhat remote to "local" shopping/restaurants. That is not to disparage the resort in any way, shape, or form. It's only to say that it is perfect for those looking for peace and tranquility. If you're looking to go out to shop or eat off-property it would not be walking distance to do those things...probably a 30 minute taxi/Uber ride.

Staying at Grand Hotel is like staying in paradise with the beautiful sea, exceptionally well groomed, spacious property, lovely rooms and most importantly, outstanding staff. If given the opportunity, make a reservation at Le Cap, as it is a delightful gastronomic experience with presentation almost too pretty to eat. Club Dauphin has the best olive bread and olive oil we have consumed anywhere. Concierge staff is exceptionally helpful in organizing activities, including hikes and dinner off property in picturesque seaside villages. Grand Hotel is the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate one's soul.

Saint Jean Cap Ferrat is such a beautiful utopia, but The Grand Hotel Du Ferrat is the crown’s jewel. We only had the opportunity to stay for one night, but that day was enough to feel the warmth, magic and generosity of spirit of every single member of the staff. The premises of the hotel are the most gorgeous and delicate curated, the rooms are a dream and the hotel in general is just perfection. We hope to come back soon.

The best time to visit the French Riviera is May / June in my opinion. We spent 5 days at the FS Grand Hotel Cap Ferrat mid May and it was a delightful and rejuvenating break. Everything was perfect: elegant estate, magnificent gardens and landscape, enjoyable large pool area at Club Dauphine, cozy and tranquille spa, fine restaurants of which one Michelin starred. And best of all, first class service worthy of FS standard. Will definitely come back.

We come to the Grand Hotel for many years and it has nothing lost of his attractiveness. The tranquility of the whole place including club dauphin, the first class service of the staff and attentiveness is remarkable. The location at the tip of the Cap Ferrat peninsula with its gardens makes our summer vacation a highlight. This year I believe as a result of COVID the hotel had a lot of new staff, but all of them were very eager to do their best in order to deliver a first class service. I have to admit they did really a great fantastic job. The Restaurant La Veranda had a very attractive menu as well as you could also get the mix of Japanese and Peruvian style menu Izakaja. We definitely will come back in 2023 because this is really a place were you can calm down and enjoy.

My wife and I ended our 2 week vacation at grand-hotel du cap-ferrat and it was some of the best service we experienced, certainly the best we experienced in France. From the moment we walked through the doors, we did not have to lift a finger. The service is incredibly warm and truly some of the best we’ve ever had. The staff are available but not overbearing - almost always stopping to ask “can I get you anything at all?”. For example, my wife wasn’t feeling amazing on our second to last day and asked about whether there was a pharmacy where she could purchase a specialty item. While there is a pharmacy in town, the staff offered to go into town for us, purchase the item, and hand deliver it to our room. We charged the cost of it to our room but the “delivery” was complimentary. Not only was this “above and beyond” but the staff treated us like it was no problem at all. In advance of our trip, they emailed us promptly and made excellent recommendations. They speedily and expertly booked us a boat trip within a few minutes of the request, rearranged reservations, and made us feel welcome. We’ve been fortunate to stay at a number of luxury properties in France, Europe, and around the world, and the service here is top-notch. They are truly always anticipating our wants and needs a step ahead of us. Special shout out to Julia, Salvatore, Emily for their hard work, dedication, and making our stay memorable. We are still here now but already can’t wait to return!

Although a top price property, it is always a delight staying at the hotel. One of the world’s great vacation spots.Great rooms/suites and exemplary service. Club Dauphin (pool etc) is a delight. Difficult to beat!

I am late in posting this review but it is important that everyone know what an amazing hotel this is. My wife and our youngest son (14) spent 3 nights at the hotel in April and had an amazing time. The hotel is absolutely spectacular and is only surpassed by its staff. We stayed in a deluxe terrace room which was just gorgeous. The room had a nice patio with a great view of the sea and was very comfortable. The room was quite large in that it comfortably slept three of us--my son slept on the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic. Everything was spotless. We visited during the "low" season and so only one restaurant was open (the others opened right after we left). We had dinner our first night in the restaurant and then breakfast each morning there as well. Each meal was great and the service was impeccable. The pool at the Club Dauphin is one of the most amazing hotel pools anywhere with simply incredible views. The grounds and the gardens were also beautiful and we enjoyed walking around the gardens. We did not visit the spa but it also looked amazing. The hotel is at the tip of the peninsula and we spent a great day walking along the ocean into town and also visiting for dinner. It was a remarkable few days and we can't wait to visit as it was surely one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. I also need to extend a massive thank you to the hotel. I purchased our stay at a breast cancer awareness charity auction in 2019 before COVID as I wanted to take my wife to the south of France for a special birthday trip. Although the stay was to be completed within 1 year of the auction event, COVID hit and we were unable to make the trip. While the hotel certainly had no obligation to honor the stay, it graciously and without hesitation extended the trip a total of 4 times until we were able to finally go. I mention this as the hotel should be applauded for its support of breast cancer research and its fantastic customer service in light of COVID. Well done and we can't wait to visit again!
