Le Dauphin seaside restaurant is a treasure. But whether you choose La Veranda or Le Dauphin you are sure to be impressed with the view, service and especially the food. Because it is very high-end most people save this exquisite hotel for special occasions

Having travelled extensively I would say this hotel is one of the best in the world. And it is the staff who make it so. To start with the hotel is very conveniently positioned, at the end of the point to Cap-Ferrat. Nice airport is half an hour away. Beaulieu is 15 minutes away. Monte Carlo is 30 minutes away.... We've been regular annual visitors to this hotel for a long time. My heart dipped when I heard it had been sold to Four Seasons Group: despite being a regular fan, especially in cities, it does add a corporate air with "Part of Four Seasons" on seemingly every printed item. We stayed here on the last days of the Grand Prix in Monte-Carlo. We had a room in the “new area”, our room had a beautiful balcony with ocean view. This is one of the finest hotels that we have ever stayed in. Beautifully situated, wonderful service and great food. At lunch I told the waiter that I wished that they had steak tartar. Once you have gotten past the incredibly tedious booking procedure (it took us three days to nail this booking as it is not yet on the central Four Season booking site and credit card details had to be faxed, confirmed and reconfirmed for both hotel and restaurant!) it is wow all...
