This Hotel is located on Promenade & has beautiful views over sea & promenade. Centrally located, service level is excellent . Right from Front desk, Concierge, House keeping , room service -service is prompt & courteous. We were in king Executive Suite with Sea view - this suit is large , spacious & has amazing sea view along with balcony. Bathroom spacious with bath tub. Lovely Steam room , Swimming pool & breakfast area. Breakfast variety is bit limited in comparison to other Five star hotels in France- fresh Salad & fresh fruit items are limited. Location is very good -5 -10 minute walk to Restaurants , flower market & Main Square & shopping area. Used Uber while travel from Nice Ville station to hotel - it cost us 7 euro. If you want to stay in luxury , in sea facing central location this hotel ticks all boxes.…
We had s two night stay at the Hyatt in Nice and it was outstanding in every way. Wonderful rooms with views of the city and surrounding hills - beautiful at night. The service we received was exemplary from every member of staff we encountered - and particularly from Louis on reception who was endlessly charming, attentive and helpful. The only comparison I can make is with the Ritz Carlton experience! Thank you - we will be returning soon.
We have visited this hotel many many times over the years it’s a firm family favourite, delighted to write that we have just returned from a four day break, it’s safe to say that nothings really changed though with Covid there a few things to note, Upon check in - you are told that housekeeping will only visit if you call them, we reminded ourselves to do this daily though we miss the evening turn down & replacement of fresh towels ! No menus in the room though room service is available. Breakfast - slightly disorganised, waiting around & asking for fresh replenishments, flies on the bread which is not covered, the bread rolls were rock hard & a disappointment, The pool is a deck level pool and is not filled up enough, the noise when you are relaxing around the pool area is beyond annoying, it is sucking air and makes a racket, you can hear the noise from your balcony too ( if you have a sea view room ) Of course in October, the pool area is shaded so you cannot catch the rays, the hotel have therefore made arrangements with the Rahul Beach opposite & along from the hotel for 29 euros per person you can hire a sun-bed, we found the promenade place directly opposite the hotel 15 euros per person and was a lot more friendly service too, The hotel is not the Ritz but it is the finest in Nice, in a perfect location with friendly staff, & in a class of its own, Special mention to BRICE in concierge, should you get the pleasure to meet with Brice you really couldn’t wish to meet a nicer gentleman. He is one of the longest serving staff members still around from our years at the Hotel and he is one of the original staff, he is kind, considerate, happy, helpful and goes completely out of his way to assist and support you, we needed help with the PCR locator form and he knew the entire system snd the U.K. set up, he helped put us at ease & understood exactly what we needed, thank you for being our support Brice you went above and beyond your duty 👍 We loved our stay, see you all next time…
Great place to stay in Nice. Clean, good service, good selection breakfast. The pool is ok but to get sun you have to go to beach, the pillars block the sun shine at the pool. Possibility for private sauna and hammam was nice.
Well located modern hotel with character and history. Good rooms with balconies and good bathrooms. Lovely pool and gym. Excellent breakfast taken in the morning sunshine on the hotel terrace overlooking the Med. The perfect night away
