I stayed in the Rue de Rivoli apartment at the very top of the building overlooking the rooftops and the mountains. A great view. The apartment is pretty eclectic in style and definitely unique, decorated mostly with original modern art. If you want anonymous bland and totally up to date accommodation you'd do better to go to a hotel but...

Great location by the flower market in the old town and just one block away from the promenade and beach. Beautiful building and an interesting mix of antique furniture and contemporary decor in the apartment. A bit shabby but that added to the charm. As others have said, Madame Vallet speaks less English than I speak French and I failed...

This hotel is in the perfect location for a trip to Nice. Located two doors up from the Nice Opera, a 2-minute walk to the gorgeous Nice shoreline and adjacent to the daily flower and food market, you really couldn't ask for a better spot. The building has a stunning internal staircase with statues and delicious wall murals. The view...

Need to be more clean in the rooms, vacuum etc, need to add paper towels or any linen towels in the kitchen, bathroom looks old, the lock of bathroom door should be fixed, no balcony, really hard to find this apartment even GPS lost totally, we circled around many times before gave up and put our car in the closest...

Lovely place to stay so central and lady who runs is very friendly and helpful but only speaks French. Could get to and from lots of places and the apartment was on fourth floor doors a bit stuff to open and close on entrance but otherwise very good

It was a bit hard to find (tiny sign) and the bed was a bit slouchy, but everything else was great. Funky apartment, fully equipped, and clean with a lovely view in a very cool old building. Right in the old city and just steps from the beach. You couldn't ask for a better location, especially for this price. Also...

I spent a long weekend with my mum and dad in one of the apartments here, and we were very pleased with our stay. We had a welcomed arrival and were also informed on some of the things that we could do in the area, which is always appreciated (even if known already). Unfortunately the first evening/second morning we only...

We stayed for a long weekend in October in one of the sea-view rooms on the 5th floor. The lift goes to 4th, then there are 2 flights of marble steps - be be aware if your party has mobility problems. The owners speak very little English but were charming, friendly, helpful and very welcoming, we coped well with my...

I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment (3C) located on the 4th floor of this very old and beautiful French building (circa 1769). The building has a lift. This apartment building is located on the beach and next to the Cours Selaya (flower markets) and the antiques markets are located in that area on a Monday. It's about a 5...
