Stayed here for a 4 night midweek break. Hotel is in a central position for shops, trams and train station and the reception staff gave us numerous tips. Breakfast extremely good, overall, good place to stay for a city break.

My husband John and I had a wonderful time at Hotel Lakmi which is very central and on a main thoroughfare. It was in the perfect location for our 3 day holiday in the Cote d'Azur where we visited Nice, Monaco, Eze/Beaulieu-Sur-Mer. The hotel is within easy reach of the airport by tram at a very reasonable cost and a very enjoyable walk (about 15-20 minutes) to the bus stop (No. 100) for Monaco or Menton.

Have to thank the lovely receptionist, Ainoa gave me good update about the transportation strike on the next day for me to change my travel plan, and I manage to travel to monte carlo before the strike day. Appreciated on your great info and gave me a memorable stay. Hotel Area: Is next to tram station and it's easy to get tram direct to the hotel with Euro 1.50. A supermarket opposite the hotel, easy to buy lunch or sandwiches at the supermarket. Besides, many restaurants nearby and the main train station to Monte Carlo only need 10 minutes walk. Walking distance to old town, beach and open market. Hotel room: The room is decent size, toiletries and towel are provided. Room is clean with a big window. The hotel is right next to the main street, will get some noise at early morning. I have no problem on it, still can sleep well but suggest to the traveller might have to prepare the earplug for better sleep. I still will give the ranking about quality of sleep is 9/10 with the nice view of the street. I personally enjoy drink my coffee next to the window and look at the street to enjoy Nice. Breakfast: Like the breakfast, it provides hot food such as sausages, egg and bacon with toast. It also provides yogurt and other fresh salads with delicious pastries. Like the brew coffee and fresh juice too. will definitely stay again!!
