I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on a group tour in September 2016. The hotel looked like it was nice when built, but wasn't maintained well and has fallen on hard times. The room was of a good size, rather big bathroom, and the furniture was nice once. The kitchenette was there, though I did not use it....

I previously stayed at another apart hotel and assumed this one will be similar. It is literally the wrong side of the rail tracks in a rather dodgy part of town. It has more of the feel of a hostel. The woman who checked me in was very nice but flustered. I was told I needed a modem for the...

We stayed there 2 nights after having an accident (bad fall) while on day trip from cruise. The cruise ship sailed away without us & the hospital sent us here. The manager let us in about 6:30 am. Thanks! He was very nice & friendly. Room was ok. The kitchenette was great to have. Twin beds seemed very narrow (but...

My wife and I stayed here as it was very late at night and we needed somewhere to stay. The staff (except for one) where unfriendly and behaved as if they where doing us a favor by being there. The carpet in the room was worn and dirty. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. On the bright...

Very spacious rooms. Amenities provided were good. Pity the Internet didn't reach our room. Teenagers very disappointed. Location okay. Close to tram! Front desk staffed 24/7. All very helpful. Luggage storage prior to check in available.

Definitely the poorest place I've stayed. Dusty, dirty, full of insects both in room and in corridors! Far from the seaside. Someone's hair everywhere in the room. Staff really does not want to help you or even work. Breakfasts are poor as well. Avoid it for sure!

This hotel has a tree star rating and that would be ok. However the fact that this place is filthy as hell gives this a ONE. And the train rolling by all the time does not help I would say stay away but i will let the pictures say that instead. There is an silver ligning to this place. It...

We stayed here in July and the room is a decent size with a small kitchenette and a nice view however the positives end there. We stayed in July and it was approximately 35 degrees outside and the air con didn't work. It was on but it seemed to be set in the high 20s and couldn't be turned up(or...

The room was quite dirty and full of cockroaches. Also the toilet and tv were not working properly. Qlearly the management has no interest in keeping the appartments even in minumum accetable condititon. Staff if frendly at least. Recommend to never go here - avoid if you can at all cost!

From the outside, this looked like a cute place. We had a suite and it was nicely laid out. When we unlocked our door, it was immediately evident that the room had not been cleaned after the last inhabitant. We found the cleaning lady and asked her to clean it. She did, but still left used soap in the shower....
