stayed here for a mini break. room quite small but clean. good bathroom and strong shower. we had a tiny balcony but at least we got one. ideal location for the front. friendly reception staff. restaurant next door is good for dinner and breakfast

Small friendly hotel in the centre of Nice , great location for promenade, shops, station, restaurants. Room small but clean and comfy beds . A bit old fashioned, could do with up dating, but adequate for our needs. Would stay here again.

Dear guest, There is no private hotel parking, but there just in front a public parking. The cost is 20 € for 24 hours. Very Best Regards
