I had a reservation at this hotel when the pandemic started. Initially, they said they would not cancel the reservation nor reimburse me. Then, they stopped answering my emails. Accor policy said they should issue a credit voucher, but through Accor website the hotel required a direct contact to issue the voucher, but, again, they never answered the request. What kind of people work at this hotel and treat their guests like this?

We came to see the Tour de France and for this the hotel was well placed. Notwithstanding our reason to visit the location is still ideal, right on the seafront and in the Old Town. Staff are welcoming and efficient. Our room was newly decorated and well appointed with a nice balcony overlooking the sea. The only slight downside was a small wardrobe, but for a weekend visit this was not a teal problem.

The rooms are very outdated. We asked for the room at 1st floor with the straight view of the beach area. Wasn’t impressed with the hotel at all. I don’t think I would call it a 4 star hotel. And I think the price is expensive according to what you get. I wouldn’t stay here again.
