We stayed here for 3 nights. Great location. 5 minutes walk to the seaside. 10-15 minutes walk to old town. Nice breakfast as well. Great hotel for budget price. I would stay here again, if I go to Nice again.

The Brice was one of the hotels shortlisted by my work procurement team, 3 Star, central and offering option of breakfast which was great given I had two days of meetings but I also went on another website and booked a further two nights to stay on for a weekend. So I had two consecutive reservations. I did think this... More

This was a 3 star rated Hotel, but more like a four +. The rooms very comfortable and warm. There was a lift to the upper floors. The buffet breakfast very nice. Lovely small lounge bar area which we ( 11 of us in total ) used every evening for pre dinner drinks. The location was good for restaurants and bars, and the... More

We were welcomed in the most friendly way after a torrid taxi drive. Each time we left & returned, always a happy face to welcome us back. The room on the 1st floor was comfortable and the house keeping staff did a great job. The hotel is a 4 min walk to the place d'Anglaise and has a lovely garden... More

Booked four nights at this hotel for my partners birthday. The exterior is lovely, with a nice patio garden where you can take breakfast and a seating area with a fountain for a drink in the evening. The breakfast was adequate, but when it was gone it was gone. One morning was very good everything was continually topped up but they... More

Perhaps I wasn't the usual lodger... I was crashing at the Hotel Brice during a family stay in Nice, and chose the hotel based on location (being round the corner from my parents apartment). I use the term 'crashing' because I did not make any use of the general hotel amenities e.g. bar / breakfast / lounge area etc. The... More

We spent a lovely week here, the staff are all very pleasant and professional , the breakfast is plentiful , eggs, sausage, cereal etc. The hotel is a little tired in places but the rooms and bathrooms are spotless. It is nice to sit in the garden near to the fountain and only a five minute stroll to the promenade... More

The room price does not include breakfast so we had breakfast out in Nice. When we where about to checkout they charged us for breakfast anyway because 'we hadn't given notice that we weren't going to eat the not-inclused breeakfast'. This is one of the most stupid ways to try to cheat tourists I've ever heard. Choose another hotel!

The best thing about this hotel is the price per night [ reasonable for Nice ] and its the location. [It is only 5 mins walk to the Promenade des Anglais , its not far to the trains station and its about 10 mins walk from the main shopping centre - although its about 15 mins to the Old Town...
