This was booked as a 50th birthday surprise for my mum which I had stated at time of booking, so was very disappointed that nothing extra was done on arrival or the day of my mum’s birthday ( even though the we had put cards and banners in room , which staff would have seen when cleaning) ... The breakfast was good but they often ran out of certain items, and the selection didn't change which becomes rather "boring" when you are staying there for 6 days...
