At check in, they charge you an extra €100 per night regardless, incase you use the mini bar features... We found the hotel extremely overpriced based on what we were paying for average food and drinks... Overall, we had a very unpleasant experience and feel that it was a major waste of money and time spent...

    We stayed in the Radisson for 6 nights and had 1 premium room and one suite. Both had see view and balconies which we thoroughly enjoyed... The hotel is perfectly situated for the breathtaking view of the bay with a perfect daily sunrise just in front of your terrace... The hotel have all the amenities such as restaurants, beach bar, roof top pool and restaurant, gym and helth spa... Breakfast is great with multiple selection of buffet items as well as a la cart menue... The rooms are specious, clean and equipt with comfortable beds and bath toiletries as well as safe, mini bar, Nespresso machine and english cable TV... The concierge Stephan is a great help in booking restaurants and activities... Parking is available and the valet service is prompt and cost effective... We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the Riviera, and we highly recommend you do the same...

    My stay in Radisson Blue Nice was just excellent! Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly... I got a beautiful room with a balcony and stunning sea view... The room was exceptionally clean and very spacious, noise cancellation is very good too... Breakfast is very good, with a wide variety (especially breakfast pastry)... Rooftop restaurant has an amazing view on the city, especially in the evening, and very interesting gourmet menu...

    Was promised by Room Service that they would call us back to take our order, and never heard back from them... No staff near the swimming pool, so wasn't clear where to get towels for the pool... Other then that, the stay was ok, and breakfast was amazing...

    ...The soap/shower gel etc dispensers weren’t mounted on the wall properly, making them extremely difficult to use, which we found very annoying. The shower/bath drain wouldn’t stay up... We couldn’t use the beach facilities either due to lack of staff... At check in, they charge you an extra €100 per night regardless, incase you use the mini bar features...

Only stayed one night but nice big room with view of street behind hotel and tram line. Very handy location, tram stops on airport line close by in either direction. Beach is directly opposite although the Rue des Anglaise is in between. Everything you would expect from an international hotel. We were quoted 80 euros extra for a room with a sea view.

we stayed over the hotel for 3 nights, premium room with sea view. The room is spacious, and newly furbished, well equiped toilet. The balcony has room for more than 2 ppl, with stunning sea view. Good sound proof though right beside the road. The staffs are friendly, the gym is newly furbished with good facility and sauna rooms. The location lies between the airport and center, convenient bus and tram connections to either direction. Highly recommended!

Convenient to airport only 15mins and to city centre 10mins. Great tram service. Sea view rooms are breathtaking, the pool was closed but it looks amazing. Walking along the promenade was amazing. Will be back

I traveled to Nice for a business trip. Unfortunately, the hotel was booked so I had two reservations with a room move in order to stay at the Radisson for the duration. During check-in, the agent checked with her supervisor and connected my reservation into a single reservation and advised I could stay in the same room. Two days after I would've had to change rooms, I needed to get another key and was rudely informed by another agent that I was not authorized to stay in the room and that I had to change rooms, as if I were the one who unilaterally decided I could stay in my first room. She told me she was the overall supervisor and could make these changes. I was asked to vacate my original room which had all of my belongings put away for a long duration stay. Additionally she gave me a key card that only worked one time, so I had to go back to get additional keys to complete the move. In the rush, I left over $400 USD worth of my belongings in the original room, and of course all of those belongings were lost. At no point did the hotel ever try to contact me through the TV, a note in the room, a call, an email or text to my contact information, or otherwise try to reach out to me to notify me of the change of heart regarding my reservation.

We unfortunately picked this hotel to stay at in Nice. While being near the tram and the location of the hotel on the beach is very nice, the staff ruins it. The pool bar staff was extremely rude to us our entire 4 day stay. We would order food and would never receive it. We would ask for our food and we would be told we cannot put an order in. Meanwhile other people will be receiving food for hours afterwards. It was very apparent they did not like us. If you are American, I would recommend staying elsewhere! I was also charged for breakfast when I clearly had said no and they did not refund me. The minibar in our room was unplugged and they would not fix it and so we had no drinks in our room and it leaked onto one of our suitcases. I will not be staying here again. I had friends stay here along with myself and they will not return as well due to the poor hospitality and the receiving no help from the staff.

Very baisc hotel - with poor customer service. Breakfast and pool were ok, but rooms were poor. Unhelpful staff on Reception, and bar areas. Beware as many ammedities listed are not open in October - eg beach club.

Great location and views from the room. Fair buffet breakfast . Rooms lack storage space . Bathrooms are good but lack adequate toiletries. Check in staff is unfriendly and not well trained. Rooftop bar is nice drinks and decent food.

Visited in April, where the hotel was used for a business event and the rooms were paid for by the company organising the event. Debit card details were taken at check in. Six months later, I have seen a charge on my card just appear for nearly £400. The hotel itself won't respond and I have had to go to Radisson customer care to raise a claim. Be very careful with your credit card details being stored.
