The hotel is centrally located, near the main bus/ tram/ train station & opposite Carrefour, making it pretty easy to get around Nice or take transport to other neighboring towns. Breakfast is fabulous, good selection of cold cut, bread, yogurt, juice, all for only 6...More
I stayed with my wife at HiPark Residences for seven nights in June 2012 and I can say that it was more than we expected. The hotel is new considering that it was built in 2011. The hotel has a very convenient location: from the...More
We travelled from the airport on the number 98 bus, getting off at the last but one stop, Riquer/Delfinos, then a couple of minutes walk to the hotel-just 4euros each, good value. The room was great-spacious, with a smart kitchenette with dishwasher and all the...More
We have just returned from a 4 night break at the Hipark. We booked it following a successful trip in October. However, on this occasion the "suite" was much smaller than last time(even though I'd paid a lot more!) and when I pointed this fact...More
I stayed in hotel "Villa La Tour" for 1 night and I found it disgusting, so I decided to change hotel. And I chose Hipark. I was really happy. Reception is so kind, I was really ready to kiss them. Big rooms, nice bathroom, not...More

I would suggest getting the bus or train from the airport to the centre - we did that then walked to our hotel. This was so much cheaper. It was a half an hour walk to hotel from there but nice as we stopped off for drinks.
The bus took 20 mins to get into town.
Bear in mind that Nice is very expensive.
I can recommend a lovely seafood restaurant - however the seafood platters are around £100 - £250. It is called Le Cafe De Turin. However this is in a square not at the Marina.
The marina did have a few restaurants around but we didn't eat here.
There was an all you can eat pizza restaurant which was cheap which had nice views on the marina.
We stayed in the town so didn't really do any excursions so cannot help you with that. Sorry
