Just returned from a 4 night stay at hipark nice , ideal for what our family needed . Easy access to train and tram services to visit all major cities . All staff extremely helpful and friendly . Would reccomend hipark and hope to stay...More
As stated in other reviews the staff working at reception were very polite and tried their very best to be helpful. However, the holiday didn't start well when, at check in, it was apparent that our chosen room type was not available for the full...More
We spent 3 nights here during peak season. We were greated by friendly staff who kindly helped us plan some of itinerary suggesting restuarants, places to vist, best ways to get around Nice etc. We valued the time they gave us and their local knowledge....More
We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. Given everything in this city charges a premium during summer time, our stay is considered tolerable but far from perfect.
Despite paying over 200euro per night for a tiny studio, we arrived only to find ourselves in...More

I would suggest getting the bus or train from the airport to the centre - we did that then walked to our hotel. This was so much cheaper. It was a half an hour walk to hotel from there but nice as we stopped off for drinks.
The bus took 20 mins to get into town.
Bear in mind that Nice is very expensive.
I can recommend a lovely seafood restaurant - however the seafood platters are around £100 - £250. It is called Le Cafe De Turin. However this is in a square not at the Marina.
The marina did have a few restaurants around but we didn't eat here.
There was an all you can eat pizza restaurant which was cheap which had nice views on the marina.
We stayed in the town so didn't really do any excursions so cannot help you with that. Sorry
